I decided to join and I am so glad I did. Not only has my mindset changed, but the actual feedback and resources you get access to are different from anywhere else.*********This is not just a course.*********Think of it like Business Mentorship 101.**********Taught by an expert who has the experience to back it up.*************If you ever do anything for yourself, make sure this is on your list. If you are serious about changing your life then this is a MUST. I have taken other courses where they teach you strategies, but they were outdated whereas this was current, high quality and transformative.

Valerie's Offer Program was absolutely amazing. I've been through quite a few at this point and I can honestly say it beats them all hands down.************I believe the ability to communicate clearly and to make things simple is such an underrated skill. All while motivating all of us to think bigger and do more. Can't recommend it enough!

An expensive equivalent of a non-commission sales job. Some people have success with this program. From what I understand, most of those people already have established businesses. I signed on to the program very green (no business to speak of) and not ready for the program. Their worksheets did not work for me and I had to start over with little success. Additionally, their ******** approach did not work as designed; ******** (the platform, not its users) rejected over 90% of my ******** friend requests. While I could have worked harder, I didn't see the value of pouring my time and energy into a system where I had to fight the technology I was working with to make sales. It certainly wasn't worth the premium I paid for the program.I'm not proud of how I handled the dispute for a refund, which is probably part of why I didn't get one. That being said, I thought their approach was lazy; designed to be mass-produced for a large audience to accommodate sales volume. While I did not take full advantage of their one-on-one coaching, a friend in the program stated that her requests for coaching were canceled multiple times. If you already own a coaching business and need to be pushed over the edge, this program might be for you. If you are just getting started, don't let their salesperson talk you into this. You will not be ready, and you will be stuck with the bill. Their contracts and their modules both point out that all of the responsibility for work is on the client. Do not expect sympathy if you get stuck or fall behind.Very charming and some decent sales tactics on board, but ultimately only worth the price if you are established and already moving. If you are not social media savvy or new to business, you should look elsewhere.(As of this review, they are not BBB Accredited. Take that into consideration.)

I was told that this course costs $9k but promises you'll make $20k in your first 90 days or else they'll keep working with you. (Which sounds great, assuming you can make the $9k+ payment(s).)I had recently lost my job and was open about my financial situation on the sales call. I told the salesperson I had only $5k in savings and rent cost $1,500, so he said the first payment would be $3k, followed by 4 more $2k monthly payments. I essentially had 30 days to make it work in order to afford any future payments, but I was told I'd have my own personal coach and weekly meetings, along with access to group meetings in the ** group and the material in the course. After emailing about how I couldn't pay, I kept getting referred back to the same sales guy who oversold me and knew I couldn't make any payment after the first if I didn't start making money from this. I was told he'd call--but he never did, and I have the phone records to prove it. I alluded to my $5k savings situation and having lost my job in multiple emails, and no one ever denied it, apologized for their sales guy overselling me, or even tried to actively work with me while I was still in the program.I tried filing a chargeback, but since my bank apparently only reached out halfheartedly while I was overseas--after I'd notified them I'd be overseas--the case was closed and decided in Valerie's favor, so the $3k was pulled from my account while still overseas living off savings.I'd give almost anything to go back in time and stop myself from flushing $3k down the toilet by signing up for this program. The customer experience is awful. I get that this program *works* for some people, but I'm guessing those people already had a few clients or a solid offer and just needed help with the marketing, not someone still as new as **** don't understand what I paid $3,000 for because the 3 coaching calls and the little bit of the course I was able to go through definitely was not worth that.Do not buy!!!

************ is complaining that she no longer has access to the program after completing her initial payment. On November 10th, 2022 she emailed asking to pause her access in the program for one month and delay her next payment. We granted her request to pause access to the program for one month and reinstate her active status in the program next month pending *********** reaching out when she is ready to continue payments.************ never reached out to ask to unpause her access to the program and never made any future payments for the program. Then on January 5th, 2023 she reaches out because she does not have access to the member portal area implying she believes she should still be able to keep access to that even though she has defaulted on her payments. We responded to her to explain that our membership site doesn't have an option to let you save part of it, it is a tool inside the mentorship program. This is not a stand alone online course. We let her know we were happy to brainstorm other ways to make the financing work so that you can continue to pay for and participate in the program if she desired. When she spoke with our team member on why she was not looking to unpause her time in the program she relayed to us that she was looking to drop out due to not wanting to be a coach any longer and not feeling like she can help people get results. We offered to also coach her and help with this aspect, she ultimately chose to still not continue. In being flexible we offered we could revisit this when she felt ready and that we were here to support her.So while she still owed the remainder, in a show of good faith, we chose not to pursue the remainder of what was owed on the agreement at that time. This was also confusing to us as to why she would still want the modules if she had decided not to even pursue coaching anymore. We reached out to her twice in Jan 2023 in order to support her and figure out a resolution. She did not respond to either attempts to resolve the matter, never asked for a refund or if future payments owed could be forgiven and then instead went to her bank to file a chargeback and left this negative review. After reviewing all of the facts in the matter, her bank sided with us.

I purchased a coaching program from *************************** called the online coach intensive to help me develop my life coaching business with 1 on 1 coaching as the website states as well as confirmed as part of their onboarding. All I received were educational videos and what they called 1 on 1 coaching is actually group coaching. It was only after asking for a refund did, I receive 1 one-on-one session and none of the follow up promised ever happened. I even have the emails of them acknowledging they didn't follow through on their end but when I asked for a refund, they knew they can play the system (I was passed the window of disputing the charge) and just ghosted me. All I was able to do was get a court ordered judgment against them but obviously that doesn't force them to pay. Do yourself a favor stay away from her and her company. They are dishonest -I have screenshots to prove it- and don't have your best interest in mind, you are just a paycheck...

******************** enrolled into OCI Feb 10th. Under his program that he bought at that time, he was offered 4x/ week mastermind calls and some 1:1 throughout the program. His program was not offered as unlimited coaching at that time. Attached is ******************** asking if he could receive 1:1 calls in Feb 23rd. The support and how to receive support calls was already explained to him on his orientation call and again on Feb 23rd. He was pleased as *****, his accountability coach during this time told him that the program is mainly a mastermind, but if he ever felt stuck on anything then he could ask for 1:1 calls and we would help him out. He replied "Thank you -great!" proving he was pleased with the answer. After this time, ********************* never requested one to one private coaching during the month of February or March. We finally decided to step in and reset him in March as he was not adhering to the program. We suggested to get him on a private call to further assist him with showing up for himself inside his business for about 6 weeks. You will see attached a screenshot of our team offering to get him on a call with a coach on April 11th. On April 11th ********************** states that he feels stuck and admits he is stopping after making progress. Within 2 hours, she offers to set him up for a 1:1 call in an attempt to make sure the client is progressing. On April 12 she also confirms the follow through to make sure he scheduled in the session. On April 20th the coach asks ********************** how his call went to which he replied that they still hadn't connected due to him not showing to the 1st call.He also rescheduled his 2nd attempt for us to get him on a 1:1 call due to a family emergency. and went offline for a week. His accountability coach then says to let her know when this gets rescheduled he does not respond. Nevertheless, his accountability coach follows up again to see if he was able to get in a session. He then states the private session went really well and she offered another 1:1 call as well as an additional 1 with our client success director, *** as we had identified ********************** as a client as not meeting our projected timelines and wanted to provide additional support to help him.His coach continued to try to encourage ********************** to take action so that he can be successful with his goals. He finally reversed course here and stated he wanted a refund. From there we took communications to email and offered to discuss this on a call to which he stated he wasnt interested in working anything out.We never "ghosted" him, in fact we continually kept trying to resolve the matter w him.********************** mentions getting a judgment in court, this is another statement that is simply false. After reviewing the case the court sided with us.********************** states his bank would not let him do a chargeback after 3 months. I dont know any banks that will not let you file a dispute after 3 months. I have no idea what his relationship with the bank is. Banks typically review the agreement between parties and make a decision on whose favor to resolve the dispute. We welcome any screenshots to prove as we have them as well.************************************************************************************************ (copy and paste for proof)
