This is a scam... I paid their fee and was charged over $1000 when they said they were dropping the provider and I would get my money back. Then I received message after message about prices going up and I was charged over $1000 again without having signed up for a replacement plan.Seguros Sin Barreras Insurance Services

If I could give no stars I would. They took money out my account after policy was already cancelled and then say after talking to numerous people that I would get a full refund but they only would refund $80 of a $126.13 they charged my card. Like how is that possible. I would never do business with this company ever again. Its a rip off and scam. How are they still in business because from what I see they have a habit of stealing peoples money and claiming they cant or dont qualify to get a refund. Stop letting your agents tell people they will get a full refund just to be told by a manager later that no refund or only a partial refund can be made. Were sorry to hear about this recent experience with our company. **************** is highly important for us, and their feedback is important to keep growing. Reviewing the account, customer got this policy on 2/28/2024. The total down payment was $251.13 of which $96.13 was submitted to the Insurance Company, and a $155 was going to be charged for a ******************* plan. The insured agreed and electronically signed the documentation thereby agreeing to the terms. On 4/05/2024 insured contacted our customer service regarding the charge made for the second part of the down payment. It was explained the $155 was for the additional product she purchased through the ******************* plan. Insured was explained that in order to have a full refund of the $155 the product should have been cancelled within 30 days and after the 30 days she could get an unused portion of the price. That is the reason we offered a refund for $80. Moreover, the policy was not voided and it was requested to be cancelled on 3/04/2024 (as the customer requested). Company misleads it's customer into paying more for ********************** than they should. I was told by an agent ***************************** that progressive was charging me $280 in initial fees to start my policy and I mistakenly signed the contract without reading it throughly. Once the payments processed I quickly realized I was mislead as those initial fees were not for progressive it was them taking money for there "services" which they explicitly do not tell you about the charges and play it off like it's the insurance company charging you. They didn't want to refund me until I threatened to take it further and fight the charges with the help of my bank. Seguros Sin Barreras is a fraudulent company using malpractice to manipulate its clients into paying more than they should and should not be allowed to run a business like this the fact they're still allowed to do this with all the negative feedback they have on here and other places is just unreal to me.Seguros Sin Barreras Insurance Services

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. They have stolen $130 from a canceled policy that was canceled the next day and told us we would not be charged for any longer. They have also refused to give me the money back when I have explained to them that the card used was not the policy holders and was only authorized for use for a one time payment. They refused to give the money back and now I have to go through my bank to get the money back! They now stolen money from hard working single mom. Ive had service with this agency for over a year and each time I speak to a representative to renew a policy they continue to make processing errors, charging my account twice in different amounts. There are two agents one by the name ****** and the other *************************** who are absolutely awful. Such awful customer service and when they make an error they wont admit it but rather cover it up with a lie. This agency uses deception when quoting auto insurance. When asked why is the premium so high, the agent said something to the effect of, 'everything is expensive, cost of living". This was the opportunity to say that part of the quote is a service fee which the agency pockets. But because they are deceptive, they will not tell you. It is only when you look at your credit card statement that you realize there are two charges: one from the insurance carrier, and $130 from the agency. It appears as SSB Insurance services. 1 starThis business has harrased me for 2 weeks, today I spoke with several of there employees who were very unprofessional and rude,&out right disrespectful. Playing tag on the phone attempting to Bully and belittle me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! For the past 2 weeks SSB ins attempted to run my credit card and I found it to be mind-boggling because I haven't agreed to do any business nor did I request or render there services. I went through US Agency who connected me with ************ insurance which I purchased a insurance policy with. SSB CRIMINALLY ATTEMPTED TO ACT AS A 3RD PARTY IN the business deal between ******* and myself. Claiming I owe them because they were providing the insurance. So I contacted ******* insurance and informed them of the situation and ******* insurance did not know of SSB insurance and said a 3rd party shouldn't be trying to charge my card for a insurance contract I have with them. Seguros Sin Barrares insurance is a deceptive, disrespectful, bully. There business practices will make a honest American citizen question SSB insurance company integrity.
