I have been paying $39 a month since 2016 to client processing. They had said that in order to apply for PSLF I needed to use their services and have the money directly taken from my checking account. They told me that I would only pay 39 dollars a month for 100 payments and all of my federal student loans would be forgiven. At this time I have now paid around $2,900 only to find out that I could have done all this myself for free to a legitimate company. I would like my money back and want them to stop taking my money

In 2017, I was told about a company called Client Processing Services that would help me apply for PSLF. Since working with the company, I have been paying them directly via credit card for 39$/month. They have asked me to submit forms for PSLF and *** recertification each year. The *** is reflected through my student loan holder. With the topic of PSLF recently, it prompted me to ****** this company. I have found numerous complaints on the internet that this company is fraudulent. I called them directly and spoke to ********************* on 10/17/22 to ask questions about the $39/month I had been paying. **** disclosed to me how many qualifying payments towards PSLF I have made. I asked him directly if the $39/month was a fee I paid to the company, correct? He replied no, that this was the minimum amount I would have to pay for my *** to remain at $0/month. However, if my $39 was truly going towards my student loans, that would reflect on my Aidvantage account, which it does not. Today, 10/19/22, I called MOHELA who oversees PSLF. Via telephone prompt, I entered my SSN and birthday and was then notified that there wasn't a PSLF application on file for me. Therefore, I believe this company is fraudulent. I don't know exactly when in 2017 I began making monthly payments to them. However, if we say that I have been making monthly payments since Jan. 2018 until Sept. 2022, which was my most recent payment, that equates to $2,223.

I am attempting to cancel service with the business, Client Processing. They are handling a Student Loan Forgiveness Program for me. I attempted to call them and the phone number listed is not correct. I have sent 2 emails requesting that they stop drafting money from my bank account and requesting that someone contact me and they continue to draft a monthly charge and refuse to answer any emails.

Client Processing Services has been a scam from day one. Im sorry to see anyone else also getting scammed by them and I feel immensely stupid. They made it seem that they were required for PSLF and have charged me ***** for many many years. Im livid. They would change my PSLF info so they always had access, they may have my social security number, and I doubt Ill ever see a ***** back.I want a full refund, but since about 8 of the emails come back as postmaster failures, I doubt Ill ever see it again. I just hope this stupid decision of my life is over and they dont have any access to anything of mine anymore.

This company has fraudulent been taking money from since 2016 and continued to do so even when student federal loans have been suspended and the case manager said if I stop paying I would lose my loan forgiveness which is not true and not able to get in contact with the company to request a refund and to stop forcefully, fraudulently, charging my checking/debting my account.

I started using this company in sept 2016 to help with my student loans forgiveness program. This company said the only way to do the student loan forgiveness plan was through their company. I paid a start up fees to process my application and have been paying $39 a month since 2016. Through covid even after questioning it when things were on hold! Loans served by Fed Loans were transferred to MoLeha , they assured me there is NO charge and they have never heard of this company and is no recorded of Fed loans having them process my applications for the last 6 years. I questions *********************, the ONLY person I have been in contact with and he again stated the ONLY WAY get my loans serviced at and IDR or loan forgiveness is through him and his company. I now know this is fraud as you can do this directly through your loan company free of charge. I was told the $39 was required to keep my loan in the repayment process. I have written them to stop payments and the are no longer authorized to deduct from my account and received an email back again stating "its a misunderstanding, as we continue to process the paper work with Mohela as the same we did with fed loans servicing" and to call them to resolve this. Again, 3 service customer service reps from Mohela assured me the do not deal with or use 3rd party venders to handle their accounts.. this is something I could have done on my own through my loan company. I would be nice to get a full refund of the $2,800 the $39 a month I have been paying since sept 2016. As I see on here I'm not the only one who was scammed by them.
