I suspect my boyfriend and I got food poisoning after eating at the BJs Restaurant *********** location. A few hours after eating there, I experienced intense body aches, chills, and a very upset stomach. My boyfriend then felt similar symptoms the following day. The one dish we both shared was a chocolate pizookie. We dined on Tuesday, June 10th at around 7:30 pm. I visited on 11/23/2024 around 9:50 PM. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. This is all verifiable with a quick check of time of ticket open to time of ticket closed. Upon my arrival, I was not greeted for the first 10 minutes while I sat down. It took another 10 minutes before I was offered any drinks. It was approximately 15 more minutes before anyone came back to bring drinks and take my food order. By this time, 35 minutes had passed before I was able to place my appetizer order. However, the item I wanted was unavailable. I asked the server to come back in 2 minutes, but this turned into another 20 minutes before someone returned. A new server informed me they would be taking over, adding to the overall confusion and dissatisfaction.I then found a hair in my food and couldn't flag my server down for another 10 minutes. Upon seeing the hair, they took the plate away without offering any apologies or alternatives. Approximately 15 minutes later, they asked if a manager had stopped by. The manager eventually came, offered to remove the item from my bill, but did not offer a replacement dish or any other options.I also sent this feedback online using the BJ's Restaurant website on November 25th and have not heard back. The restaurant was not busy at the time, making the poor service even more inexcusable. It felt as though we were ignored, making it a waste of our time and money.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the service quality at your restaurant. This is our second time coming to *** this week, and things are much different than before. Both times, we waited more than 45 minutes for our food and beverages. On the first day, we ordered the prime rib, only to find out they were out of it, as well as out of Dr. ****** and the ingredients for the spooky pizookie that came with our meal. Both times, I lost my appetite before getting my food. What happened to the food servers? This has been very time-consuming and disappointing. I went with my friends and family to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. My husband ordered a sandwich with our bacon because he is allergic. My friend orders a stake with no seasoning, the sandwich came with bacon was sand back it came back with soggy bread, the stake they took it back and brought one with no seasoning, but it took a long time while we were waiting and watching them eat. My husband left with our eating because the bread was soggy, I had the Asian salad that I had to wait 20 minutes to get dressing on the side. we talked to the manager and took the entree of the 2 and gave some deaerts but I think we should of got more off because also they broth two salads before the dinners and we had to wait too long for the sandwich, stake . Also want to say in the area we stayed it was very cold ,my daughter had to get a sweater and my friend . My daughter got a cold from the cold ac that was in this restaurant. I go to BJ restaurant many times but never had an experience like this. I think they should of comp the haul check and make sure the ** is not that high to get people sick. On 7/12/24. I went to dinner at the ************ with a few friends. I ordered the specialty beverage with an expectation to be able to take the vessel the drink was served in home for additional purchase, as advertised. When I requested to pay for the vessel, the general manager told me I couldn't and that he was not going to uphold the advertisement because he was short on supply and if he sold them he would have to discontinue selling the beverage. I advised him that this is fraud, he has to honor his advertisement. I also pointed out that his sole purpose of not honoring his advertisement is so that he can continue to commit fraud against his patrons. He basically said yes, that he gets a lot of complaints about not selling the vessel. and also told me that others have gone so far as to steal the vessels, which I replied I will not stoop to that level. He tried to direct me to the "website" which I told him if the website had them he can order more inventory. He said they would tell me it was on back order. My issue is this is a bait n switch fraud case. The drink is advertised to be able to own the vessel which I wanted and he refused to sell it to me as advertised. Had I known I would not have been able to get the vessel, I would not have ordered that particular drink. I then requested his corporate phone number which he provided. He continued to monitor our table. I want to launch a fraud case against the BJs location in ***********. I want the vessel and I want an apology. Our local businesses should not be allowed to defraud their customers in this manner.Initial Complaint

I never received my paycheck in the amount of $944.26 on July 2 and, 2024. The company payroll said they sent the money direct deposit to my account at ****************, I called ***** Fargo 2 days now and the never received it. I do have the payroll statement that show it but never generated the amount to my bank. All the routing and account number of mine is correct. The company will not issue me a check to cover the list money. My employer ID # is ******. I worked at the ************* at ****************** in *******, **************. I ordered pick up, but when I to get in my car, my car would not start. As a result, I could not go to BJs Restaurant. I had to order delivery, because by the time Triple A would make it to my house it would be too late to go there. BJs also does not do the delivery; I had to cancel the order and reorder it for pick up. I was told the order was canceled but it was taken from my account. I made another delivery a few days later where I talked to a manager. I was told he would call me back. He or no other manager did. I never got a call, hence this complaint.Initial Complaint

05/11/2024 time 11:25am cst Order# **** Svc Chk 2 I am asking for $23.00 the price for the *** TIP I did not receive and having to drive back and argue with ******* for an item I had already paid for..... I called in two (2) separate orders on Saturday. I picked the orders up approx. 11:50. When ******* brought the orders to me, she was no in a good mood, so I paid and got my orders. When I got home, I did not see the baked potatoes spoke with ***** who apologized and upgraded my baked potatoes. When I went to pick them up ******* started arguing with me that I should not be getting those potatoes and don't expect then in the future. VERY VERY RUDE *** ANGRY. Mind you ***** offered them to me I just want my potatoes. The order I supplied was for Sunday Mother's Day. Everything was fine except. When I opened the Tri Tip it was not as pictured. I was left over chopped up pieces with *** sauce all over them. I know the *** is suppose to be on the side so what I got was left over piece from the previous night. I did not have ONE slice piece of meat it was more like Chopped Beef, and it was only 2 spoonful's and I mean eating spoons. I ended up having to cook because we did not have enough for 4 people. Not what I had planned. I want my money back for not getting the beef and something done to ******* for me having to fight to get some potatoes I had paid for and didn't see. BJs only gives me one month to use my $10 in rewards that I earned. This is not enough time since I dont have a BJs in my area. It is 45 minutes away. I am requesting a $10 gift card from BJs since it does not expire and I can use it whenever I want with plenty of time to do so.I asked BJs and they balked at the idea. I disagree and believe it is unfair because I spent $100 to get a $10 reward. It was earned and should not be taken away after only one month.
