      Final transaction 3/22 in amount $1000 to file PSLF through appropriate channels.After transaction ******************************* and her supervisor, *********************** became evasive and uncooperative. They have cost me money and the time I would have needed to get the form filed before the deadline date. I was emailed a contract, allegedly drawn up by their lawyer, but I suspect they are all scam artists. I later noticed they have terrible reviews and I'm not the only one with a complaint. Please reach out and take any measures within your power to see they don't do this to others unsavvy to their crafty words and maneuvers, as I was.

      This client enrolled with our services over two years ago, we were able to help him but he became very combative and had to reassign him to our supervisor ***, we did all we could do to help this client, the client played pranks on us with weird Voicemails and then changed all his password ignored our emails and contact to access his account to process his program that is required for us to keep working and helping our clients.  This client made it impossible for us to handle our services correctly. Not a good experience for all the work we helped him with..

      This is all false. The opposite is true. I never spoke with ********* before March of last year. She cursed me out and threatened me. This is when her supervisor picked up the case. She literally did nothing, nor did ***. This is not my profession. I paid them to handle it. And, I always responded but it was difficult to get them to answer any emails. I did changed the account logins only ** I went weeks with no response from them.

      *******************************, a representative of this business (Student Loan Resource Group LLC) claimed to provide services to assist with the administrative strain of pursuing public service loan forgiveness. I informed her that I was largely unavailable by phone and that I have learning disabilities that make administrative tasks challenging. She agreed to accept me as a client and took my information, including my social security number, federal loan login information, and bank information for payment. She did not respond to multiple attempts to contact her across 2 weeks, despite my expressed concerns that deadlines were approaching and she had given me no further steps instruction. I asked a friend of mine who is her client and who initially recommended this service to check in with her about communicating with me. Upon receiving that pressure, she did text me to tell me I was not submitting information correctly but could not refer to any documentation that she had given instructions to do so. She began insulting me and immediately claimed I was not fit to be her client since I was unavailable by phone (which she knew from the very beginning of our communication) and was not submitting completed forms to her (which is what she claimed she could help with). She then claimed I was never a client (I have ample and clear documentation to prove otherwise) and continued to text insults. I had to tell her to stop contacting me twice before she stopped. Three days later, she charged my credit card for a full payment. I was able to get my banking institution to stop the charges and sent her a professional message requesting that no further charges be made. These interactions gave me reason to suspect that this is perhaps not a legitimate business. At the very least, this is poor business and is taking advantage of a vulnerable population.

      This was a referral by two other clients that I am helping correctly, I can not provide my service to this person because she Never replied to my emails and would not answer my calls she then would text me to provide my service via text.  The misunderstanding here is maybe because she thought we would help her by text.  That is impossible nor would I accommodate that, I had to cancel this client after she bad mouthed me on text then asked me not to text her again, I did not text her again, I cancelled her and sent her an email with proof.  Her card did get charged today with one payment we reversed it back to her bank Immediately.  We have 100 Success Rate and No complaints from Our actual clients.  This however was not a client.
