5 starsI had an amazing experience working with ********* at Student Loan Resource Group. From day one, ********* was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided me through my options, particularly regarding ************** Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).I appreciated her responsiveness; every time I had a question, I received a prompt reply with clear answers. She truly made me feel like a priority, not just another client.While there is a service fee involved, I found it absolutely worthwhile for the peace of mind and time saved. I give ********* ****** NO stars. S has poor customer service skills. She has made promises and not followed through. Her business etiquette is careless, carefree and not ethical. She made promises she did not keep, belittling me as a person and a customer. She has not refunded the money I paid for her services as well as not answered my personal number calls or emails. I used another number to contact her and as soon as she heard my name she hung up on me. She is not personable or does she work with her clients and their needs. My personal account was compromised and she refused to contact me reguarding payment for her services. I hired her to relieve some of the stress for my student loan. ********* has only caused strife and uneasy feelings related to my account being hacked multiple times over the last few months. She has been nothing but rude and had a hateful belittling attitude jumping down my throat any time there has been contact with her. I do not recommend her services, she stated that she is BBB, A+ acredited with the better business bureau, she is NOT! THIS IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTERATING.********* ******, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Unfortunately this was not a good client she kept changing her log ins and would hang up the phone on me and was very skeptical to the point of not being able to help her. I get very few complaints and they are from clients I was not able to even do the service for at all. Im very good to work with so this is always unfortunate.Review fromJohnny

So in 2020, I was laid off and struggling to pay back my student loan debt. Somehow, I found Student Loan Resource Group, LLC and *********, whom I knew from ************ She explained to me what she does and how she can help me. I was of course curious and a little weary about the program, but ********* relieved me of any concern and answered all my questions. So, for the cost it was a no brainer, and I let her experience do the talking and 3 years later my loan was forgiven! Even though I heard that Biden's attempt to forgive millions in loans to people was denied by the Supreme court, I was still able to get my loan forgiven because there are other programs ********* knows about, she will do about everything for you. The worries about filling out a bunch of paperwork were erased, and I trust that she knows what she's doing and has saved millions in loan repayment for her clients!Student Loan Resource Group LLC
