    Ordered a product from them 1/5/25 with a 1/10/25 delivery date. Paid extra for expedited shipping. The delivery was late, no fault of ***. W&W denied culpability, attempted to blameshift for HOURS of email exchanges. They finally admitted culpability hiding behind the veneer of fulfillment times after threatening legal action and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. Although they admitted culpability, they offered nothing but insincere apologies to resolve the conflict. With each complaint of delayed shipping ,W&W when utilizing **** commits a federal crime. At best this is a predatory, unscrupulous business, they have no place in the marketplace. At worst they are actively engaging in fraudulent advertising, credit card fraud, and mail fraud.

    I placed an order Saturday and requested a cancellation on Monday night after not having received any notice of shipment. The website says orders placed on the weekend will ship out Monday. I have not received any response to my request to cancel this order and receive a refund and believe this is a fraudulent company.

    I bought a bottle of ************** from *********************************************** on February 15, 2024 and received a confirmation email with the order number #*****. I received the bottle unsealed and it was not full. I contacted *********************************************** about an exchange or refund. They asked for pictures which I provided the same day. I contacted the manufacturer directly to inquire if they package their bottles sealed. The manufacturer confirmed that all bottles are shipped to retailers shrink wrapped from their facility. They apologized for the experience and suggested I ask for an exchange. I notified *********************************************** of my finding and didnt hear back from them. It took several emails to *********************************************** before I received a response. Which was Hello, after speaking about this with the managers because no shipping protection was added to the order we unfortunately cant send out another order or issue a refund. This was disappointing and I wish I had checked the BBB site before purchasing, because *********************************************** is not accredited and have an extremely poor score.

    I ordered 2 bottles of expensive whiskey from this site. I paid a lot of shipping to get it here by Christmas and they even said I had to purchase insurance or they werent responsible. Since then I have sent 5 emails and tried calling several times and cant get anyone to answer. They took the $408.68 out of my checking account quick though.

    I place my order on 12/6/2013. The order was supposed to arrive 5 to 8 days. On 12/13/23 I I began contacting the company regarding shipping. The order had not shipped. I began asking for the order to cancel as by that point it would not arrive by Christmas and was a gift. I received a total of 3 responses. Once asking for the order number, once telling me it had not shipped, and once asking why I wanted to cancel. After 7 or more emails and over 5 chat requests this company has failed to cancel, respond, not refund my money. I cant accept the order as its after Christmas and too late for this as a gift.

    I ordered on 12/17 with expedited shipping. They have yet to ship and have changed the date of the expected ship date 3 times before they stopped responding at all. I just want a refund.

    I ordered online to ship my bosss Christmas gift on 12/7/23. The order was guaranteed delivered within 6 days. I tried calling for an order status on 12/11/23 because the status had yet to be updated and still showing order placed. I reached out early morning with no answer, tried calling from the link on the Call Us button on the website. I received a ****** Voiceover message saying they could not take calls at this time. I emailed again asking for a tracking or a refund at this point. I was told it would go out shortly. Still no updated time. I have reached out to another company at this time that is accredited by BBB to assist with the Christmas gift delivery. I would like a refund and my credit card information removed from their system.

    I purchased six bottles of Laphroaig Quarter Cask from Whisky and Whiskey on 11/2/24 for a total of $416. Laphroaig Quarter Cask is a personal favorite, and I'm quite familiar with its unique taste. It took 2.5 weeks before the order was shipped, which wasn't that bad necessarily, but the customer service was very spotty and it took sending 2-3 emails (once every other day or so) before I would get a response with an update on my order. It was finally shipped and finally arrived on Tues 11/28, 3.5 weeks after it was ordered, which again - wasn't worst I've dealt with. At least they got me the order.Upon receiving the order, I discovered that the whiskey does not at all match the expected flavor profile of Laphroaig Quarter Cask. In fact, it tastes nothing like Quarter Cask. I conducted a blind taste test with a different bottle of Quarter Cask purchased from another vendor and the difference was woefully evident. There was definitely a mislabeling issue with the bottles. Whether they did this themselves or knew about it I have no idea, but it is certainly not what I purchased. Ever since I've received the order, the customer service has been nonexistent. I've offered to pay to have the bottles shipped back so they can try for themselves, because if they are a whiskey establishment they should want to know what they are selling is not authentic. Since emailing and calling them once a day since the whiskey arrived, I've not heard from them at all. I'm afraid I was scammed into purchasing $416 of nothing but swill.

    I ordered a bottle of ********************* scotch for ***** and added shipping protection for ****. With shipping my order came to *****. This was ordered on 10/19/23.On 10/26/23 at 8:25 am I contacted the company via chat to ask about the status of the order. They replied at 10:25am that it would ship Friday or Saturday. By Monday, 10/30 it hadnt shipped so I contacted them again at 4:00am asking them what the status was. They said it would ship Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, 11/2 I called and was sent to an unknown ****** phone system with no identifying information - it was the phone number on their site. I tried both numbers they list and both went to a ****** answering service that asked me to state my name and then leave a message. No identifying that it was the company. I also emailed and sent a chat and have had no response. I sent them another chat this evening. They are not responding at all. Im worried that *** lost my money at this point. *** now asked them for a refund.

    On 9/2/2023, I placed an order with ********************************************* and paid for 2-day *** shipping so that this gift would arrive for my brother's birthday. However, the order was not delivered until 9/11/2023. When I contacted *********************************************, they replied via email to explain that *** does not count Saturday and Sunday as delivery days but that they would refund half of the expedited shipping fee I had paid. Since that time, I have not received any refund and they have not replied to my 3 follow-up emails. Even if Saturday and Sunday are not counted, this delivery took far longer than 2 days. Indeed, if the order was placed on 9/2, it should have been delivered by Friday, which is before the weekend. I had chosen to order from ********************************************* and to pay for the expedited shipping because the gift would have arrived in time. However, it did not and now they are not even responding to my communications.
