      I Paid for My ******** *********** I was Told in October 28th That it Would **** 2 1/2 to 3 weeks for Me to Pick Up The Remaines, and 5 Death Certificates. It's Been 6 Weeks and They Didn't Put My Sister in The Urn That I Picked For Her. and Yesterday I was Told it Will **** another 7 - 10 Days. This Is Bad Businesd. To Top Things Off A Family was There Complaining about They Put Their Mom in The Wrong Coffin ?? This Seems To Be, On Going Bad Business Practices.

      Funeral services on Saturday, January 27, 2024 for my sister, ***************************** was a nightmare. The cemetery was negligent in their duty to handle her burial with the utmost care and professionalism. ****** was to be laid to rest on top of her father, ************************* who was in a double plot. After the chapel service on site, my sister was taken to what we thought was going to be the site where she was to be laid to rest, but instead was set up curbside on random ****** of people who passed away long ago and about 100 yards away, the caterpillar was digging up our father's grave. It was at this time that the cemetery staff informed me that there was "a problem". They informed us that it was not indicated in the notes that they needed to lower ***************************** body in order to put ******'s body on top. So here we are standing at the makeshift curbside funeral just finding out the news of the cemetery's mistake without having the information beforehand and worse not having the opportunity to grieve properly. It was unacceptable, Her body was left out in the sun, and we had to watch in the distance as they team worked to dig and unearth my father, lower his body and get my sister in the hole. It was unprofessional. The cemetery should have notified us the moment they realized they made a mistake so that we could have prepared ourselves for what was coming. It embarrassing. Loved ones came to celebrate my sister's life and feel the earth under their feet. Not stand on the curbside of what felt like a drive thru funeral. It was sad and just hard to deal with. We lost a sister and my mom lost a daughter and the cemetery didn't seem to care for the loss we experienced. It was stressful and emotionally draining. We trusted Inglewood Park Cemetery staff with our loved one. The cemetery offered a $1200 refund for the cost of **************** and engraving on the headstone. That is minimal in comparison to what they can actually offer her. A full refund should be issued

      Specific details and contract information we're not properly disclosed in contractual materials therefore information was either included that should not have been where there was information that was not included never discussed and business ************ this entire situation surrounds my father's passing and when he died I spared no expense and expected contracts to be thoroughly complete and all tease cross and All Eyes dotted instead I am being asked for more money to complete task that were previously discussed and other items that were not disclosed I have come to learn that this particular business has an unfortunate reputation for taking advantage of their customers therefore I am extremely concerned and extremely upset due to the loss of my father and now seeing that after several months of his passing and death I am not able to complete the proper burial that he is deserved and that I have gone out of my way to pay for
