      My sister passed away and I am handling the estate regarding her unused double burial plot. It took a month to get an email response to my letter about transferring ownership or a repurchase. After making an offer, they failed to respond in any fashion. I advised them to just send the paperwork to transfer ownership and I will sell. Still no response. This started in October 2024. Notified Funeral and Cemetery Board, but still no response. Reading other reviews, this looks like a pattern, so buyer beware.

      Terrible customer service! No follow through, poor communication, no funeral director support, no return phone calls, no return emails, no assigned initial appointment to make funeral arrangements! This was my experience with my mothers funeralI can go on and on of what did not happen versus what should have happened. Absolutely no assistance for a grieving family!
