    I was going through my emails and I received an email from this reborn doll shop saying thank you for your purchase but it doesnt have a confirmation number or any information attached to the thank you for your purchase but I didnt purchase anything from them. Online it says I wouldnt receive that type of email if I hadnt and there is no contact information to call the company or to address them about this situation. I sent an email to their Provided email and Im uncertain as to what is really going on

    Date of transaction: 12/06/2023 at 10:32pm Order number:BM00130278 I placed an order for an avatar reborn doll, it was on sale and said it was in stock and would be her before Christmas. I had to email multiple times to get my order number I finally received the order number on December 9th. After that it took weeks for the order to even be shipped. According the the tracking number the sent me on December 23rd the item shipped on December 20th. I paid $119.04 for the doll which I gave receipts for and I have all of the emails asking for the tracking for my item. I was also told the item was shipping from the US to the US when I received the tracking it showed the item was being shipped from ***** to the US. When the item was finally received, the item was not made of silicone it was made of plastic and was not the doll I paid for. When I emailed them they said that the doll is made of vinyl and a mixture.of silicone and the doll would have been over $300 if it was a full silicone doll. Which is not what the description showed. I bought the doll from their website ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** and that is the direct link to the doll I purchased.The doll finally came on December 29th I will attach pictures of the doll I received.When I asked for the doll I ordered they said they would only give me a 10% refund, I said that was not doable so they used it to 15% and eventually said if I send the doll back they would give me a 25% refund. Unfortunately I spent too much money on the doll to get 25% back and have to send the doll back as well. So now I'm filling a complaint for the false advertisement of where the company is located and also falsely advertising the dolls in general. Please see attached photos

    I ordered a reborn doll on 12/14/2023. I paid by credit card and I never received an email confirmation that included order number or tracking number. I reached out to the company via email as I could not find a number to call customer service. I did get a generic email back that said I would receive notice once my order shipped. It has still never happened. I ordered from a selection of dolls advertised as shipping within 5-7 days. What a joke!! I ordered the doll for my granddaughter for Christmas. Kind of sad isn't it. I would like to either get the doll I ordered or get my money back. I would not recommend ordering from this company. They apparently do not stand behind their advertisements and/or products. I also have been getting tons of emails from the company with other offers. I am starting to feel like this is a scam, trying to get me to engage in another of their "offers". Very upset customer.

    Reborn Dolls Shop 2023-12-11 14:01:27 Order ID: ********** I paid $120.39 I order #SKU:KSRBA463GA3 20'' Lifelike Black Authentic Silicone Reborn Doll ************************** Gray Eyes Cloth Body+"Heartbeat"[$10+ Off Auto Discount], instead I have received a doll from Reborn Dolls Shop store that I did not order. I am disappointed to know that the other company Doll Reborn is the same company as, Reborn Doll Shop. I am requesting that they send me a full refund for sending me the wrong doll purposely. Again, the company should not provide false pictures of dolls that they do not have in their store. I have the order number and Picture of the doll I ordered and the physical doll that came. They are not the same.

    I ordered what was described as a silicone baby doll for my daughter for christmas (on sale) i paid $149.99, I never received any confirmation email or order number and when i finally received the doll monday, it was NOT what i ordered looks nor quality wise -as what was described on the website. When I contacted them, and sent them photos, they offered 10% of the purchase price. I explained that I was not satisfied with that, as what I received was not what was ordered, then they offered 20% and I wouldnt have to send the doll back. They stated it was a silicone vinyl doll, which isnt possible, as silicone and vinyl do not mix. Not only that, vinyl was not what was advertised on the website under the listing of the doll I chose. It was listed as full silicone.

    I ordered a doll for my grand daughter on Nov 28 of 2023 that was supposed to a be life like silicone doll with real hair as described and pictured on the website. Immediately after receiving the doll on Dec 9,2023, I emailed the service email and expressed my dissatisfaction and my grand daughers disappoinmtent in the product received. They replied requeslting pictures of which I sent multiple. After receiving the pictures they made an offer beginning at 10% and then gradually up to 25% refund for me to keep the doll. I declined the offer of a refund and requested and replacment to match the order we placed or a full refund. They said that they sugget that I accept the refund percentage because there office isn in ***** and it woul dtake aconsiderable amount of time to return the and cost on my behalf. I explained that the return label on the package from them that was sent to me ahd in address in ********* **********.. They gave me an adress in ***** and said I would have to send the doll bak there at my expense

    Ordered a doll for Christmas from this web site. The doll package should have came with other items, which it did not and also looks nothing like the picture. This is a rip-off site.

    Hello, I am not sure if the address selected is correct as I only have the name of the site I ordered the dolls from (photo of order included). Hopefully you are able to confirm. Attached is contact information and photos to support my inquiry for assistance.I ordered and paid for 2 Reborn Dolls on 26 Nov 2022 from Reborn Dolls Shop on their website and my **** was debited $286.21 on 28 Nov 2022. I cannot find the order number as no confirmation email was received despite my request for one.The dolls I received are not the ones I ordered and look nothing like them in appearance or quality. I exchanged several emails with ********************************** and was offered 10%, 20% , then 30% discount which I declined as the items were not as described, incorrect and a misrepresentation and not fit for the purpose they were advertised as. I am reluctant to pay postage of $73.75 +$5 for signature on return as I am sceptical that I would indeed receive a refund as upon further investigation and reviews posted it is indicated the company/site is a scam and other buyers have not received any refund or follow up once item returned.I recently contacted ************** of **** Trading ********* who advised Reborndollsshop is American based and ship the products from *****. Unfortunately, ***** **** Trading dont have any authority to help me and advised me to contact BBB. I would be grateful for any assistance or advice you may be able to give me as to legitimacy or scam.I have attached copies of emails between myself and Reborndollsshop (**********************************) which contained photos of product for sale on their website and the dolls received, postal information, reviews on company at same address in ***** with slightly different name and negative reviews. I have attached these photos. Thank you for any assistance you can give and please contact me if you require any more information. I await your reply. Regards *************************
