    Ordered from ************************** and did not receive what we expected. Doll was pictured in a pink outfit with pink blanket and a stuffed animal.The doll we received was in blue outfit, no blanket and no stuffed animal.We inquired about the doll through email and actually received a reply,that the doll was the same, but not in the same clothes. They said that the clothes are randomly selected and you would not receive what you saw, and all the other items were props and were not part of the sale. Their website did not state that you would not receive what was in the picture.When we replied we wanted to return the doll we have not received a *********** not buy from this company!!!!!!They are a scam, and do not even deserve 1 star.

    Doll fell apart within the first week of receiving!!!!! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS!!!

    I think this company is a rip off! I purchased a doll from their website and it is not at all like the doll pictured! I have contacted them several times and all I have been offered is a 20% rebate. I asked for a full refund. Their advertising states 100% satisfaction. I am not satisfied with the product I received. The doll pictured looked like a newborn baby. Its arms were raised and was in a cute outfit. The one I received came with a diaper , booties, cap, blanket and a bottle. Its mouth does not open so no need for a bottle. The hair is falling out. It is pitiful looking! I want a full refund!

    This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!I ordered a doll from them a week ago and havent received any information about my order, no tracking info or any other kind of update.

    SCAM/FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. I ordered a doll on 12/18/2023 and like other customers, did not receive an e-mail confirmation containing the specifications of my order or details tracking/shipping/expected delivery. There was also no order number given. The following day, I decided to cancel the order. First I contacted them via e-email inquiring about an order number and when can I expect delivery. I heard nothing back. I sent a subsequent e-mail requesting to cancel my order and refund my money. I heard nothing back all day, but then received this very unprofessional response stating along the lines that it is impossible to cancel my order and Im stuck with this doll which theyre confident in saying I better like it, Im going to love it, live with it. Its insulting and laughable. There is a special circle in H*** for these criminals that prey on the wishes of innocent children as they exist to disappoint their hopes at Christmastime and mislead customers. I have filed a legal claim against the shop with the *** cyber crimes unit and reported it to my financial institution. I cannot believe they immediately took the money out and would not let me cancel my order prior to shipment. Total scam!!!!Their reply to my request for cancellation prior to shipment: ************* To:Re: Order inquiry Dear -Thank you for reaching out to us.Your package has been dispatched and is now in transit.
