    When attempting to book our flights there seemed to be a glitch. I tried to purchase using the app but the price changed. I called customer service and they were able to confirm my issue. The representative I spoke to informed me her supervisor was made aware and approved the price match. After providing our full names and requested information they said I needed to pay full market value. When I asked why she said that it was because I was booking for my children as well. When I was setting the filters I had selected one adult and two children. This was all after I was told they would go ahead and price match.

    My brand new snowboard bag was damaged during my flight to **** on March 24th. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to discover that the exterior material of the bag had been damaged in transit. I have already provided pictures of the damage to your customer service team. While I appreciate the offer of a $150 travel voucher, I would prefer a solution that directly addresses the damaged bag. As a customer who specifically chose JSX to avoid baggage handling issues, I had high expectations for a premium travel experience, which unfortunately fell short in this instance. Therefore, I kindly request a review of this situation and a solution in the form of either a replacement snowboard bag or a full refund for the damaged one.
