    Where do I start? Nine times I've flown with them recently--nine times they haven't had the ramp or preboard I require for my back. I've contacted JSX support; they say they'll fix it. Nope; they don't. *** violations, anyone?Now I am stuck for TWELVE HOURS at the ******* JSX because they messed up my reservation and won't me to pay $340 to fix it. I call that astonishingly bad. Best part? They said I booked it myself--funny, it's not anywhere on my bookings. You gotta credit an airline with this much chutzpah. They used to be the BEST airline around. Now they're awful. What happened to customer service?????

    Made a reservation with this company, and needed to cancel the reservation. Reached out twice through email to the company, during business hours. I never received a response back to either one the emails, even until now more than 24 hrs later. However, I could not wait any longer because they have a 24 hr cancellation before the tickets are non refundable with a fee. I proceeded to call the company. I was told all agents were busy, so I had them call me back. Called me back within an hour or so, it was very difficult to hear as if there was a blockage between us. I expressed to them about my cancellation. First, they told me I could not cancel but I had mentioned they had a 24 cancellation policy that waived all fees and was fully refunded. Then the operator stood corrected, and reassured me of their mistake. So they went ahead to gather my information to process this refund. Started with my name, number, my credit card number, and billing address. At the last two steps I questioned why they did not have the information on their files already because I had booked directly from their website. There should be no reason to ask for my FULL credit card information, etc. However, I thought this company was trustworthy to give to them. They put me on hold, processed my refund, and after asked me for my email which should have been on file already. Again, I trusted the company and their counterparts to do no wrong, but I was wrong. After hanging up, in the late afternoon I received multiple fraud alert charges from companys I have never heard of. And I thought it was odd because JSX was the first company I used this card on, its a brand new card. So it only concludes that this company has people stealing information for their own gains. I would advise people to proceed with caution. And the company to look within, and clean house. Because that is not a good way to go about business when you are established, it can be a demise. Very disappointed.
