  I bought the andriod auto/apple carplay headunit for almost 700 bucks, got it hook up and no sound tried to call them and no one would help me, I also emailed them about 5 times now and there just playing games with me, u would never buy something from them again, Stay away!!!

  I never got my order and was charged for my order. I will be filling a claim again this company. This was the worst experience I have had ordering for my car. How is this ok for a company to take your Money for an item and not send you the item you ordered.

  Would put 0 stars if possible. Their ads are very misleading and I have a screenshot of the text thread in which they confirmed I would be getting certain parts. I made sure to ask because it was misleading. When the part came in and there was missing pieces they gave me a completely different story. Waited patiently to hear back and they have made no efforts so far to get back to me. Also their parts aren't "custom" made to order as they state on their website. They're cheap Chinese parts that they dropship which is why it takes a month to come in. Not to mention its impossible to get ahold of them on the phone, they text instead. Save your money and find another supplier.

  It's a scam, don't buy anything from bimmer plug p purchased headlight for my 2015 M4 after installation within three days water gets into the inside my both headlights, I called them she wants, me to send the pictures and video after i sent what she asks for week by week they just make something up and they kept giving me the runaround. bull s*** product and bull s*** customer service ever, bottom line do not buy anything from this guy's I lost $2k never sent me replacements be careful from this scammer.

  I, unfortunately, got burned by this dropship company. I purchased some CSL modules for my M4. I decided to do more research after purchasing from them. They had not shipped for about eight days. I found better option so I purchased that I tried to cancel my order, they kept giving me the runaround and beating around the ****, and would not cancel my order. I stated more than four times in four separate emails that I dont need the product. I had purchased it elsewhere and I would just want a refund. It was like talking to a wall. They offered 10% to keep my business off the order I said no I do not want or need it. I want to refund! Two hours went by they sent it anyway with no response. They are a scam and they are crooks. Judging from the other reviews, I should have looked up before purchasing! They will not cancel orders and they play dumb. Their products are directly drop shipped from ***** with atrocious markup. Pure scumbags.

  Poor Communication, Misleading Practices, and Ignored Cancellation Requests Review Content:I recently placed an order with Bimmer Plug (#*****) for a Carbon ************************************** Trim Set on December 4, 2024. After the purchase, I researched the company and found numerous concerning reviews about shipping delays, quality issues, and allegations of drop-shipping from third-party suppliers.I attempted to cancel my order immediately upon learning this information. Despite multiple emails requesting cancellation and a refund, Bimmer Plug ignored my requests and continued to claim the item was in production. I asked for video verification to confirm the products authenticity, but they failed to address this.I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charges due to their lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of the situation. Additionally, their use of **** branding without authorization raises concerns about false advertising.While I hoped to resolve this amicably, their repeated delays and disregard for my concerns make it clear that this company prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction.   Please do not do business with Bimmer Plug. They are a dishonest vendor that sell craps parts that do not fit properly or work. Ordered a front replacement OEM grill that they claimed was custom made to bypass their return policy. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them to resolve amicably. I received it almost 2 months late and defective. The parts fitment was not correct and It did not line up properly in the bumper. Do not waste your money with them and purchase from more reputable vendors that take accountability for their products. They will try anything in their power to not refund or refuse cancelling orders for their own internal mistakes. Products will be continuously delayed and shipped defective. Business like this give bad names for small shops. They care more about spamming you with multiple emails daily rather than helping or trying to retain customers. Once they receive payment they go *** and provide every excuse like others mention in their reviews.

  Terrible experience, truly one of the worst with any aftermarket vehicle company *** had to this day. **************** was terrible, and failed to do any help or customer support.Waited close to 6 months for my CSL Module lights for my 2019 x5. product that got shipped was a cheap Chinese chip board. Paid 300 for the light then 475 for install with a professional vehicle electric technician, and going to have to pay again since I had to order new modules from a better site whos customer service was *********** difference compared to bimmerplug, along with the module shipped in 3 days.delay for 6 months? Seems ridiculous, and comparing the products the one supplied by bimmerplug was a bad quality replica.The light purchased from bimmerplug was installed for less then 24 hours, and the chip burned out and caused damage to my LED tube causing it to fade the output, and that chip board no longer worked.That same exact one that heated up the plastic nearby the led/board. Also heated up the glass window for the light to illuminate thru. The system is like a mirror, and That little window got cloudy a little from excess heat so it wont let 100% of the light to pass thru Only getting about 60-70% due to the damage.Only repair here would be a new headlight, and lord knows thats north of 2k when it shouldnt have been a issue to begin with if binmerplug sold a better product instead of a low end product for a quick buck.Adding to this, asking if the vehicle has any errors on dash is such a rhetorical question as if the part that was installed wasnt installed on a ***. codes are coming up for any minor issue on ***, with light assembly being worked on of course the codes are being thrown. Then once review posted CS finally reaches back out

  Using photos of my car which features aftermarket products NOT purchased through BimmerPlug in order to sell their version which is not the same product means this website is a total scam. I've requested they take the photo down as they are explicitly using it for marketing purposes without my consent but they have not complied. This website is known to scam as all it takes is a quick ****** search to see their reputation.

  Do not shop here. **************** is terrible, they dont answer the phone. Shipping is terrible, Ive been waiting for my item for over 2 weeks and counting. Wont refund item I just need to continue to wait and hope for an exception. Order from someone else. If you value your time and money.
