Ohh what a scam im in a jam right now with them i also got a loan through affirm which i must pay and they never sent my package out and are saying that i received it when i have all evidence that i don't Offered me 10% return when i spent over $600 lol they are joking . I would never recommend someone do business with this company ever. I will fight for all my money back **** on the phone line is the worst she thinks she can give people the run around but not this guy. I spent hard earned money to just be left empty handed, They don't answer emails always call the number they must be getting paid top dollar to run this scam with the founder ************* .

Falsely advertise their products as having warranties. This is not true as they only have an exchange policy if you received the wrong product. No warranty to back the actual quality of their product. **************** is entirely unhelpful and very obviously not based in an English speaking country. They have also made it impossible to leave customer reviews on their website/products.I will be taking all future business elsewhere and I'd highly recommend you do the same.Bimmer Plug LLC

Scam companydo not buy anything from them. They lie and say products come from US but they ship DHL from ***** so if you have to make a return you have to cover the shipping costs which are massive shipping out of country.They take forever to ship (Because *****) and dont ship what you ordered (You get something completely different).Then trying to reach them about issues is even worse you get put on call with someone from ***** who doesnt even know about the products offered.Claims all calls are recorded, but when I was bringing up an issue with my order not being what I ordered they asked if I recorded the call of their own employee confirming it was the wrong item. Then they completely stop responding and youre stuck with item and bill.Trash company, trash service, scamming customers, and lying about inventory.Bimmer Plug LLC
