Let me say this!! ***** IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES!! He made our move smooth and comforting. Moving out of state is hectic all on its own but when you have to figure out how you're going to transport your vehicle and belongings sheesh it's an even bigger headache. I came across ***** with ABC Auto Shipping here on yelp and read through the reviews and they were great. The price point was a little out of my range so I tried shopping around a bit but after a lot of skeptical and discouraging reviews, I made my way back to Arman which turned out to be the BEST decision I made.Arman is reliable, very thorough in communication and detailed. His confidence in the midst of my nervousness made me confident. Our departure was on the horizon and there wasn't anyone available to transport our vehicle but ARMAN!!! he assured us that he would make it happen, no matter what and that spoke volumes. As promised, ***** was able to find a transporter and everything worked out seamlessly. During our transport ***** kept in contact with us the whole way through which gave us so much comfort. Our transporter(Oscar) was absolutely amazing and kept communication with us the whole way through as well.. what a blessing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ABC AUTO SHIPPING!! ***** gets the job done, I wouldn't trust anyone else honestly. Though it can be a little pricey you'll have peace of mind with your transport knowing you're in GREAT hands.. NO GIMMICKS, NO SCAMS!! Our vehicle arrived on time and intact. ***** was so helpful and on the search immediately. I wanted to send my car next day and he came through. I called on a Sunday, and the car was picked up on Monday morning. Other companies were returning my phone call as the car was being picked up by *** (a little too late). The car made it save to its destination by Friday as promised. The driver was polite and careful. The overall price was a little bit more than others, but the service I received made it worth it.ABC Auto Shipping Inc

Arman is super communicative and reliable. Yes, his price is a little higher than other companies but trust me it is WORTH IT. I had 2 cars shipped from CA to **. They were picked up and dropped off in 6 days, just as ***** promised. The cars were picked up in the time frame he gave us and dropped off in the time frame he gave us too. Cars were dropped off in the same condition we last saw them in. He keeps you updated along the way and is transparent with pricing. The old saying: You get what you pay for. There are many companies that start low and either provide a poor service, giving the runaround, or increase the price later. There are many factors that determine the auto shipping pricing. Its best to look at the companies reviews on different platform for consistency and experience. Of course a quality service will cost more and is worth paying a few hundred dollars more. Are prices are usually in the mid high range compared to our competitors. Some case, its higher depending on the route, the timing, the type of cars, and mainly the market. The market rates can change within a couple of days if the demand for that particular route increases significantly. Its the supply and demand. After reading reviews of auto shippers, I was very skeptical about using one and tried to get friends to drive our cars across the country (LA to ********) instead. It turned out that it would cost just as much or more to cover their expenses than to use a shipper, so I did a lot of digging into reviews. ABC Auto Shipping had good reviews, so I called and talked to Arman for a while - he answered my questions and he seemed straight-forward, so I felt like he was my best shot.As the pickup date got closer I was sent the name of the transportation company **** is just a broker). The transportation company reached out and confirmed the agreed to pick up date. However, someone from a different company (Golden Empire Express) reached out the day before and said can we pick up now? In and hour? I looked up this new transport company and only found a few bad review on the BBB website, so I freaked out a bit and reached out to Arman. He was responsive and both coached me through communication with the transport company and reached out to them himself. That got the pick up back on track for the scheduled pick up time.*** reached out in advance to give me the window when he would arrive, and he rolled up in a smaller flatbed truck within that window. He gave an expected arrival date, which was the last day of the expected delivery window. In my case, I could not have the cars delivered before a specific date, so this was fine. We used Air Tags to track his progress, which was reassuring. He reached out the day before to confirm the arrival date and location (a *** Boys a mile or so from my address), and texted on the delivery day when he was 1.5 hours away. He arrived on time, the cars were fine, and he was friendly. So, on one hand I felt lucky, but I dont think I would have felt that way if it werent for Armans great communication with me. I definitely appreciate the service he provided, and would use him again if I have a need.ABC Auto Shipping Inc

***** did everything he said he would. Excellent Service, great communication. They picked up our 2 cars Saturday AM in Orange County, ** and dropped them off in ******* on Wednesday at noon. This is the company to work with . *** spent many hours searching and vetting various ones in the industry and this one exceeded my expectations. *****, is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied and being taken care of. This is a broker company and does not own any responsibility of the poor vendor they engage for transport. My 6 months old SUV was damaged from inside and nothing was done. Drivers engaged through vendor ************* *** were extremely unprofessional and rude. From start to finish till the experience was horrible. Wont recommend. Period.ABC Auto Shipping Inc

Thank you for utilizing our service and I am sorry to hear that it was not to your expectation. We only use reliable carriers. Similar to our collaboration with all carriers, we have been working with carrier AJA for an extended period of time without encountering any issues. The contract contains the specifics of our policy as well as the carriers' policy. Some Carriers usually do not inspect the car's interior during the shipping process. They only inspect the exterior at the time of pickup and delivery. The insurance coverage does not extend to any damage or malfunctions in the interior or mechanical components. The driver only needs to be inside the car to load and unload it.A claim was filed by you with the carrier or their insurance, which was subsequently denied. While we cannot definitively determine whether the damage was preexisting or not, based on the evidence and our own interactions with you, as well as the carrier's track record, it appears that you may have had alternative motives from the outset. It seemed as though you were actively seeking something to complain about, starting with the price, then the driver's assessment of your vehicle's condition (as documented in the inspection sheet), language proficiency, professionalism, and concerns regarding the timely arrival of your vehicle. However, your car was delivered on the evening of February 4th, earlier than the estimated delivery window of February 4th to February 7th. Lastly, you claimed that the interior door trim was damaged since you were unable to find any exterior damage at the time of delivery, which you were concerned about at the time of pick up. For the record, the alleged damage is located on the top left part of the interior trim on the door, slightly below the window level, next to the lock. Upon reviewing the picture provided by you, it is difficult to ascertain how the driver could have caused such damage. Perhaps by sharing the picture, others may be able to provide further insight.Rest assured, your vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised by the carrier, and an inspection was conducted at the time of pick up to ensure its condition. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to include photos or screenshots, but as the customer, you have the ability to do so. Therefore, we kindly ask you to upload a picture of the damage you are claiming.Kindly provide an explanation regarding the unprofessional and rude behavior of the driver. Was it due to his meticulousness in marking all the minor surface scratches and chips on the inspection sheet as evidence?Following your email to both the carrier and us, the carrier promptly responded in a professional manner by apologizing for any inconvenience caused and addressing any potential miscommunications. They also assured that their driver is highly experienced, proficient in English, and emphasized that there is no need for any concerns on your part. As indicated on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or the inspection sheet some carriers do not inspect the interior of the vehicle.
