Our company utilizes third-party data providers and national mailing lists to send extended vehicle service contract offers to consumers who may be eligible based on vehicle age and mileage ranges. It is not our intent to contact individuals who do not wish to receive communications from us.
    We have thoroughly reviewed the name and address on the complaint and have removed this information from our internal mailing lists. No further communications will be sent.
    We respect the privacy of all consumers and have procedures in place to ensure prompt removal from our database upon request. If the complainant receives any future mailings in error, we encourage them to contact our customer service department directly so we can ensure it is addressed immediately.

    I've been receiving letters in the mail stating I own a 2018 ****** Camry that I've never purchased. The most recent letter I've received has two sample identification cards attached at the bottom. I'm assuming this is a scam but want to just verify in case someone has come in contact with my information and purchased a vehicle in my name. The policy number on this letter is: cde145366036 Phone number is: ************** and the information on the card is AGENT: ***** M ********* CARPRO PROTECTION *************************************************************************************************** claims to be a independent company. I Live in ********* and have never even been to **********. I also have other letters that I can provide information from. Thanks

We apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused, especially regarding vehicle ownership or identity.
    We have reviewed the provided policy number and mailing details and have taken steps to permanently remove the complainant's name and address from our mailing database. No further communications will be sent.
    If there are additional mailings received, we would be happy to review them and ensure full removal of any remaining records.     They scam people into buying a protection plan for cars that they don't have I received mail from them asking if I wanted to buy a plan for a 2015 ****** that I have never owned as soon as I called them and told them they were a scammer they became defensive and immediately hung up on me and blocked my number
