    On October 15, 2024, the check engine light was on and when I took it to the mechanic, they said there was something wrong with the transmission. I called my warranty company Auto Service Department since I am insured with them. I had my car towed to the ****** by my residence in **********, **. We waited for a response from Auto Service Department and received no response. My car was left at the ****** dealership for several days while I waited for a response that never came. ****** told me that I had to pick up my car because the company never contacted them or me regarding the fixes. I picked up my car from ****** on November 29, 2024. I called the company numerous times since the accident, they either put me on hold but right when they answer, or they tell me a customer ********************** representative will call me back, but I never received a call. After many weeks of trying to contact someone, I was finally able to speak someone and they offered me $2,300 reimbursement for paying the cost of the fix. I never received the money. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at the Company since they provided the offer. I still currently pay them my monthly fee.On January 24, 2025, my car starts to make a noise and the car stopped moving in the middle of the road. I called the company again since I was still paying for their services. As part of their agreement, a tow truck will come if ever needed one. I couldn't get ahold of anyone again and wasn't able to get a tow truck. My son was able to send me a tow truck. The tow truck took the van to the dealership. ****** refused to take my car due Auto Service Department lack of response to them. I have yet to receive a response from the company. Every time I call Auto Service Department, it's the same issue I had last time - the call drops or they say I'll get a call back and never do. My job entails me to drive this car. This is causing me a huge financial burden.

    I have been getting calls from the company from months. Then last month Aug 21st I they called me again and I signed up for the service only and paid $99 on Aug 28th to realize it's a completely different company then they promoted. Once I found out I called them on Sept 3rd due to the holiday and asked for a refund and to cancel the service. The lady then told me i need to wait 25 mins for an email from her then i need to call back. I never got the email and when i called by the office was closed. I then called today Sept 4th and spoke to someone and was told they would refund my money and cancel the service. I was told I would get an email to confirm the cancellation. I never received it and now when I try to call the numbers back, I can't get through like the number is not working anymore so now I have no way to contact them the get my money back.

    Entered into a contract w/ Auto Service Department for an after-market warranty on 2 vehicles - 2012 GMC Acadia and a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse - on 03/07/2024 with a $99 initiation fee for each vehicle. There was a 30-day evaluation period during which if I should cancel before the end of the 30 days, I would receive a refund, no questions asked.I have been trying since 4/4 to receive my refund. They initially said that I would need to receive a cancellation code via email and to call back w/ that code. Never received the code. Now they are saying that I need to send in notarized letter of cancellation in order to get my refund. I have been hung up on twice, told it was being escalated and someone would call me & no one has. I am frustrated and angry.
