    2017 ram turbo parts went bad and they refuse to cover it after paying on the warranty for over a year and a half. Do your home work and don't waste your money please go to your local car lots and purchase your warranty. These are the people that call and harass you in to buying a bad warranty.

    I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. The company has been unprofessional, failing to respond promptly to inquiries, especially concerning refunds and billing issues. Additionally, reaching customer support by phone has been very difficult, as calls are rarely answered. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

    ******: ************ is a SCAM. The sales people tell you anything to get you to leave your warranty company. I was told lies to get me to leave Car Shield. When I called after being denied coverage, I got the runaroud. All the employees are remote and there's no accountability. They either pretend to drop the call or they act like they can't hear you.They say the call is being monitored on a recorded line, then when I asked them to speak to a supervisor customer ********************** hung up on me. I called back and asked for which department reviews the recording, "customer **********************" hung up on me again. They lie to get my business and now I'm stuck with a $1780 payment to fix my exhaust system.
