      I am utterly disappointed and furious at the treatment I received as a trucker at the Rivian receiving warehouse in ******, **. The level of incompetence and disregard for the hardworking individuals who transport goods to their facility is simply appalling. My truck has been waiting to be unloaded since last night, and the blatant lack of efficiency and respect shown by Rivian is absolutely unacceptable.After arriving at the warehouse, I was instructed to park my truck at a Loves truck stop and wait for a call from the warehouse to initiate unloading. Little did I know that this call would never come. I patiently waited, expecting some sort of communication from Rivian to notify me of the unloading process. However, hours turned into an excruciatingly long day, and the call never came. How can a company be so negligent towards the time and efforts of hardworking truckers who rely on prompt unloading to continue their work?What adds insult to injury is the fact that I was left in the dark for more than two days. As a result, not only did I waste precious time and resources, but my schedule was thrown into disarray. Rivian needs to understand that truckers are the backbone of the transportation industry. We deserve to be treated with respect and given the necessary support to carry out our duties efficiently.In conclusion, I strongly advise truckers to be cautious when dealing with the Rivian receiving warehouse in Normal, **. Their lack of consideration and efficiency is not only detrimental to the truckers but also undermines their reputation as a reliable and responsible company. Rivian, it's high time you acknowledge and address these problems to ensure a better working relationship with the trucking community.

      Like many (I assume), I bought the Rivian wall charger with my R1T. I had it installed on its own 60 amp breaker within a 200 amp panel. It worked nearly flawlessly for a month, occasionally losing its WiFi connection and appearing "offline." After a month, suddenly, the vehicle would charge for 15 minutes, then the charge indicator would turn red, and I'd get a charging error. I would unplug, try again, turn off the breaker to the charger, try again, etc. IT would take all day to get a small partial charge. I contacted support and spent hours rebooting the vehicle and the charger, until it completely stopped recognizing being plugged in. I had no trouble using the local fast DC or level 2 chargers, my Juicebox 32 amp at my cabin, and the portable Rivian charger worked fine too. So, it was obviously the charger. I asked for service. They then insisted that I take photos of the inside of my electrical panel, zoom in on the circuit breaker, open the Rivian charger and photograph it. It worked fine for a month, then failed, but their explanation is that it's wired incorrectly? I bought a 48 amp Juicebox instead and had it installed on the same circuit. Works perfectly.I've contacted Rivian multiple times since. They've promised to refund my Rivian charger purchase but I need to wait for an email for instructions to return it. It's been months. I get the runaround every time. They've even claimed that they accidentally "filled out the wrong form." More than a week ago, only after I threatened doing what I'm doing now (warning others of the reality of ownership) did I get a returned phone call. He was very pleasant and apologetic and assured me that he would personally follow up to be sure I got the email with return instructions, either that day or the next. Again, it never happened. It has cost me so much time to chase the promised refund and it's only $500, so I'm going to give up. I'm going to toss the charger in the dumpster because I'm so frustrated

      This company is awful. They are unwilling to help their customers with any requests. A family member of mine just recently bought a Rivian two months ago and then found out they have to move to another country to help their mom. I was trying to help them out by asking Rivian if they would be able to get parts shipped to them once they moved and Rivian advised me that the warranty would be voided and they would not send parts overseas, even if I paid for them. I then offered to buy the parts in ******* if/when they might need them and ship it to my family member for them and they still refused to help and advised this was impossible too. So I then asked them if they could buy back the car since they can't take it overseas and they refused to even offer a price they would pay for it. The car only has 400 miles on it, and has been barely used. Amazing! Even Rivian doesn't want to buy back it's own cars. That means my family member is out $97000. AWEFUL company with poor customer service.
