    I tried to cancel my Helium 10 online account a few months ago but I only succeeded in putting the account on hold, not to my knowledge. I thought I canceled. I was just charged today $99 for renewal. Their customer service, **** *** Iiasco, indicated that I needed to cancel 2 days prior to being charged to get a refund. I was not notified of this upcoming charge and therefore could not cancel 2 days before it happened. Also, I was under the impression that I had canceled a few months ago when I stopped using their online services. I seek a full refund since I reached out the same day they charged me, for a full refund and account cancelation.

    The subscription cancellation process is roadblocked by the requirement of making a 'positive statement' about the company. IE, you cannot progress through the process w/o going through a page with radio button that all have positive statements about the company.

    I used the Helium Platinum plan a few years ago and was promised a lifetime monthly charge. They changed the price soon and force me to accept a one-month discount of 20% on the new higher price. I asked them what does lifetime price which prompted me to sign up for the service a few years back.After two years, I am testing a new feature of Review Insigh they have, I was told I have 7 days unconditional refund to try to feature as there is no seperate product for this and I have to use the platinumm for 7 days to decide. on 6th day I asked for cancell and refund, they said they can only cancel at the end of the month.This company has deloveped into the practice of bait and switch and being dishonest in recent years. Do not try their serice which is not mature and they customer service is bad. I wish I have not wasted money and time with this dishonest company in the first place after wasting thousands of dollars over two accounts. DO your search and verify with BBB first before using any company's services.Here is the quote of the chat:May 6, 2023 "***************** says:We do have a 7 day refund policy.     I cancelled a monthly subscription with this business. They continue to bill my credit card and refuse to stop despite the cancellation! Thousands of other customers have all lodged complaints about this exact issue! I want a full refund of the $249 they charged my card AFTER I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REVOKED PERMISSION TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD

    Subscription to ********** software for $99.00 which according to disclosures can be cancelled anytime. When we decided to cancel the subscription after several months, the cancel button is disabled. There is no phone number in the website to call. They saved our credit card information in their system, so they could do automatic charge, but no way to cancel it. This is a scam!

    Around september 18 2022, I went to cancel my account. Immediately I received a pop of warning saying if I cancel my account all data accumulated on this program would be lost but I did have the option of just putting it on pause for up to six months without losing all data. I chatted with the rep and they said it was win win. If a few months from now I wanted to reinstate the account all information would be saved. So I asked what happens if I don't reinstate the account ..The rep said it would only be reinstated with my permission. Fast forward to March 18th I saw on my chase account that I was charged the monthly fee again of $197. I contacted helium 1o and they said they can cancel the account but I would still be charge and they can only give me some kind of credit toward their service. The flawed option of pausing the account is very very misleading as I was told I would have to reinstate it. I believe this feature should not be allowed unless they do not reinstate accounts automatically

    On Jan 05, 2023 I purchased an annual subscription to the "Starter Pack" analytic tool from Helium 10. The website claims there are a lot of benefits, In reality, there software hardly works and most features it claims to have do not come with it. This company is deceitful because of false advertising and questionable return policy. 1. The return policy is only for about 10 days or so. This it not nearly enough time to thoroughly test an analytical software with enough time to understand the functionality.2. The "Starter Pack" software costs $320+ and is said to have many benefits for analyzing products. In reality, those benefits are either not available, or have a very limited amount of uses, that are used in one single search. For example, there is a tool that analyzed searches on Amazon for what is trending. The software gives you about 20 uses. Each time you type a letter, it considers that a use. In one search, you tool is used up.3. When requesting a refund, albeit in my case, was after the refund policy expired that I was not aware of, they refused to give a refund, even a prorated one for the time I have access to the software. I explained how the software was not as adverstised and did not function properly. The company canceled the subscription but since I paid up front, I would not be getting a refund, only the charge would not reoccur the following year. This company engages in false advertising, deceitful marketing and shady return policy.

    A year ago I started using Helium 10's service. As I neared the end of my annual subscription (January 19), Helium 10 continued to email me reporting that I NEEDED to renew my services with them in order to avoid disrupting my service. The incessant emails and reminders leading up to the renewal date (January 19) created the impression that if I did not renew, there would be an impact to my services. Fast forward to January 19 and despite the implied messaging, Helium 10 has charged my account for an an entire year without my consent, after implicitly creating the illusion that if I did not take action. I reached out to their chat support and ****************** could not provide a contact number or email for the "billing specialist" who allegedly will be refunding my account. Nor could he provide an ETA. However - given the unimpressive and duplicitous business practices Helium 10 has already represented, I feel this complaint must be filed so as to prevent others from falling into this same poorly managed pitfall. Additionally - by way of feedback for the Helium 10 team - prohibiting your "customer service" team from being able to communicate with your customers after they submit a claim does not inspire confidence in your competence.

    Im receiving content harassment calls from a company that Ive stopped doing business with months ago. Several months ago I canceled a service for a company called Hellium 10. At first I was interested and as the course continued I seen that this product was not worth my time or money so I canceled the service. A few months later I started to receive emails promoting the company. I returned the email and I let them know that Ive already cancelled the service and I wish to stop receiving emails. I then received and email from another representative stating that the the problem has been solved and a few days my information will be taken off the email list. Weeks later I start receiving these emails all over again. **** another representative then starts to send me patronizing emails. Let me rephrase that, he stated to send me the same email over and over again a solicitation email as if I never requested for that company to stop sending me emails. This behavior is criminal. Harassing ex customers who have no interest in their service or products. I tried to unsubscribe to the first email I received months ago but the unsubscribe link was false. You cant unsubscribe to their emails, yet theres an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails Ive been sent. This company from my experience doesnt deserve to be in business. Their behavior in my opinion is juvenile as if this type of behavior is funny, like this is a game. Lets irritate ex customers who have no interest in our service. THIS HAS GOT TO StOP! Im writing this complaint to let it be know that this type of business model is set up to fail. I dont appreciate being harassed by a company that I chose to do business with. This is why so many people are hesitant to give very small unheard of companies a chance. The total disrespect and no regard to customer service is over bearing and I urge no one to do business with this company.

    I purchased Helium 10 on a trial basis for 7 days. One of the features I was interested in was the "Market" feature. I submitted the information to create the "Market" and for 10 days it said it was "processing" and they would let me know when it was ready. I waited patiently for 9 days and finally thought it had taken too long so I reached out to customer service and they had me create it in a different browser. I had to wait another 24 hours for the "Market" to be created. At that time I decided the feature was not worth the $99 per month. So, I asked for a refund due to the product not working. They have refused as I was not within the 7 day window. The 7 day window should not apply for a product I never received.
