    Sent the settlement from a class action lawsuit to the wrong address. I called and they told me too bad. Theyre thieves! Dont use them for any lawsuits! Stay far away from the company! Their reviews speak for themselves. Theyve screwed over thousands of people who trusted them!

    I suggest anyone who submitted a claim having CPT Group Inc as the settlement administrator and has had their claim denied after the settlement period for frivolous excuses, file a complaint with the State Bar of ********** and write a letter to the presiding Judge explaining the fraudsters actions so they can find a professional firm to handle serious settlements which people are ***********. There is hundreds maybe thousands of negative reviews with similar issues with this shady practice. Dont allow the greedy people at this 30+ year old establishment line their pockets with your money. I cant imagine how much they have fraudulently raked in for themselves during all those years.

    This company is a scam they will lie to you about your money u have been waiting a month and I call everyday just keep telling me they send an email out for me to to fill out a. Form but no email

    I got a check in the mail, Had I not called to verify the check was cashable I couldve been arrested. As a black woman Im not given the ***** in a financial institution so i always make sure I call myself. This is a dangerous game they are playing with peoples lives. CPT APPEARS TO BE TO MAILING CHECKS TO OLD ADDRESSES, LEAVING LETTERS OFF OF NAMES, voiding checks that are good for 190 days after 60 days . Please go to your middle district court and file a complaint. After reading tons of reviews these cant be one off instances. Someone needs to audit them and see what percentage of clients this happens too., I still dont have a check or reply

    I have spent 2 days attempting to resolve a class action suit: ******* v Aegis Senior Communities on behalf of my mom who passed away in December 2020. I have spent the last two days attempting to call the listed phone number. Each day on hold for 45 minutes. Outgoing message states you are number 8 and your wait time 30 minutes. (that is an example and those numbers go down with time. After saying you are number 1, and you wait time is 2 minutes you then come to a recorded message saying "we will return your call, leave your name, phone number" and we will call you back. After 45 minutes yesterday I did follow the prompt, left my name & phone number. No phone call back yesterday!Today the exact same thing happened!False hope as you wait thinking you are going to speak to someone only to get a recording to leave your name etc. And why did Aegis use this Group? I don't want to give them one star!
