    Purchased a laptop key and incorrect one was delivered. No customer service department to speak of after multiple contacts. Company has no meaningful guarantees of satisfaction to speak of.

    Company sent the wrong product. Company asked for pictures so they could send the correct product. I complied. It has been over a month and they have not yet replied or sent correct product. This is not the first time I have experienced this with this company. The problem is no one else seems to sell the parts I need.

    Date of Transaction: Placed order on 06/17/2022. Prior to ordering. I had left several messages and sent an email regarding ordering the correct key. No one responded to my emails so I did the best I could. When I received the plastic bag that the key was sent in, I noticed that it had been pulled open.The amount of money you paid the business: Grand total was $10.78.What the business committed to provide you: The correct key for my computer type. It is a: HP ENVY 17t-j100 Leap Motion QE CTO Notebook PC. What the nature of the dispute is: I want them to send the correct key ASAP. If they do not have the replacement key, then refund me the full amount including the shipping. I will send the other key back. Providing that they email a return label. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: After contacting the company to find the correct replacement key, they sent me an email on 07/06/2022 and I have not heard back from them.     Ordered a laptop key from this business on 6/24/2022 for $10.78. Received purchase on 7/4. However, the item turned out to be faulty and requested a replacement on 7/6 and immediately received a reply that they will be sending a replacement.2 1/2 weeks later, I have yet to receive a replacement (received a shipping label created on 7/6 and no movement since). The customer support does not respond to any of my repeated emails.
