On 12 December 2022 I purchased 8 keys for a Mac laptop via debit card for about or just below $50. The webpage displayed a confirmation and order number ****** that I had screen-shot at the time of purchase. Their website advertises fast, same-day shipping (of course, I know this isn't to be interpreted as receiving the same day), but it has been three weeks. I have received zero correspondence since clicking the buy button- no e-mail, shipping details, or information provided of any kind. Today I went to see the website, and their order status button redirects to the homepage. The e-mail provided on the contact us link has no reply in multiple days. I am concerned that I am not going to receive any items and thus requesting the BBB's assistance to get a refund.Initial Complaint

On November 30, 2022, I placed an order for 1 replacement key for a ******* laptop. I paid for the key which was $8.78 including handling and shipping. I have yet to receive the key that I ordered. Looking at my account on their web side, it only shows an order from earlier in the year, and not this latest one. I emailed them several times with no response. I have called twice and left messages with no return call. For those seeking replacement keys, I would avoid this place and find another business.Initial Complaint

I went to buy a replacement key for my keyboard. Well they email me a confirmation then tell me that it's out of stock and I can choose to be refunded or get a random key. I chose a random key because it doesn't make a difference to me. Since October 2nd, I have contacted the company 6 times to inform them that the keys that I received did not fit my keyboard despite me ordering the correct type from the business for my computer model. I bought two keys from this website and it went out for delivery after I paid to get them fast the day that it went out for delivery I was at home and I stay in a apartment complex with locked mailboxes it said it was delivered and there was no package whatsoever I've tried calling this company but even their number there is no way to talk to a customer service representative during business hours you always have to leave a message I have left a message no one has gotten back to me I have emailed no one has gotten back to me and I have message through their website and no one has gotten back to me there is no option for lost or missing packages and the company has not reached back out I don't know if this is some type of scam website because the reviews look legitimate but the customer service is literal garbage
