    Since May of 2023 this year, GetDandy.com has been using an AI bot to spam our website. We have unsubscribed from their solicitations multiple times, and I have even went so far as to open a claim with the **** yet still, they are using our sales funnel to spam us. This costs us ****** Adwords dollars with every hit. We have asked them to STOP, unsubscribed and we are STILL getting their emails.

    I am reviewing your claim here and first off I would like to apologize if this had been the case. We have a whole series of communications via phone and email where this was never brought up. Our company SVP and myself had reached out to you as recently as Friday November 6th 2023, and this concern was not mentioned in any manner. If you had let us know we could have looked into any campaigns that you were listed within to see what had happened. We have cancelled your account, terminated your contract, and provided refund all as you had requested. If this was in any way a concern previously we wish that you would have brought it to our attention so we could address it.

    We would like to see this series of communication via email, as well as this contract you are speaking of.  You noted that you cancelled the account; what account was that?  Our Broker and the owner of our company has no knowledge of any relationship with Fair North Reviews or GetDandy.com.  I never requested a refund, as we have no business relationship with you whatsoever.  If we had a contract for your services, why would we be spammed to sign up for your service?  None of this makes sense to us.  Please provide proof of what you are referring to.

    These people continuously harass me with solicitation through a form on my website which has the words "NO SALES OR SOLICITING" in big red letters on the top of the form.The form is for potential customers only.I have made it very clear that I am not interested in them and that they are misusing my website, yet they continue to do it over and over again. They did it today 8/22/2023.

    This company continues to harass us even though we have filed a complaint. They emailed us again, asking us to remove the first complaint, we did not. Now they are back texting ** now with the same **** thing. We do not want ou bad reviews removed. Ho do we get them to leave us alone? They just will not stop.

    I have paid over 1000$ to this company with zero results Every time you contact them they say to give it more time Now I find out I have no ability to cancel as the have some fine print contract with excessive cancellation fees I want to report them but not sure which government agency deals with business like this. Any advise from the BBB would be appreciated

    ***************************** a salesperson with Getdandy.com either is using automated ai software to fill out leads on our website or is personally filling out leads on our commercial website against its terms of service. These leads are costing our company valuable time and money from outside sales associates and software to process those those leads. Our company considers this hostile integration and we demand that this practice stops immediately

    Dandy markets its services to assist in challenging and removing bad reviews from your website. There has been zero accountability for their efforts, if they have done anything at all. They advertised to me that the bad reviews would be taken down within ***** days. I have had zero activity on my account over the past 3 months since joining and cannot even get a representative from the Company to call me back and review my account with me. As far as I am concerned, Dandy has not lived up to their promises and I would like a full refund. Do not recommend.

    Hi,I have asked several times to have our account closed after the 6 month trial period yet I continue to see our program goes until **** - which I never signed up for. I also am being charged $50 extra for services which I never signed up for - and told them to cancel the day we started working together. I want a refund for those extra $50 per month since we started working together and my service cancelled immediately.

    GetDandy will not stop sending constant emails soliciting their business to remove bad reviews. I am not replying to these constant emails because I do not need their services, I have never requested their services, I have requested for them to "unsubscribe" my email EVEN THOUGH I have never subscribed AND I even have "blocked" their emails but still received these unwanted solicitations. Please have them stop! Thank you.

    Dandy is a scam, I was called countless times till I finally signed up.I signed up for a 6 month trial. After the 6 months I decided I did not like the service and requested to cancel. I made 3 cancel requests before contacting my bank asking them to block charges. I would get emails every 2 days asking for updated billing, no one responded via email. Phone number is hard to find. I finally got a hold of someone in June with him responding oh my manager is out. To this date I still get emails every day. Scam, very harassing. It just goes to my junk fold in email now. They are threating with collections??!!!Terrible experience.
