    Hello,I am the administrative assistant for a restaurant group. We began receiving contact form submissions through our websites at all three restaurants from ***************************** at GetDandy. We have repeatedly requested to be removed from her contact list, we have unsubscribed and contacted their support team. We still receive a multitude of these contact form submissions, sometimes multiple a day, but always at least several a week. It's frustrating, as we can't filter it with normal email spam blockers.

    Dandy *** continues to spam us with unwanted emails addressed to other companies. We want them to stop emailing us.

    I hired Review Vio.com now Get Dandy.com in March 2021 to remove negative online reviews. By July of 2021 no reviews had been removed. I asked them to provide details on what they have done or refund my money and cancel my subscription. Neither were done. I have periodically reached out to them and their customer service to cancel and refund and nothing has happened. My correspondences are being ignored. Ive reached out to Get Dandy.com and they too are ignoring my requests. I would like ALL charges refunded since we started back in March 2021. They continue to charge my credit card every month for $234.

    I signed up with this company, which promises to get fradulent/unfair negative reviews removed from companies social media profiles. They suggest two months to see traction on the account. I called after three months to cancel because not a single review had been removed. They told me they would pause billing and escalate the challenges. In the meantime, they only paused billing for one month and then billed me again for this past month. Still no progress on my account. I have spent approximately $550 for nothing. I then demanded cancellation and they said they require 30 days notice in writing. I'm 20 days away from the auto-renew date with no way to remove my credit card from their system. I have written to request cancellation and let them know I would be contacting the BBB. I'm over 10 years in business and it is clear to me that I was taken in by a very shady operation. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
