    The Wooden Wick Co AKA Makesy is continuing to conduct business while their facilities are not functional. Orders are not getting shipped, refunds are not being issued, we aren't getting timely responses, no accurate tracking number, no accurate updates on shipping. It is taking months for an order to get fully shipped. They are continuing to advertise sales and products listed on the website are out of stock. We recently made an order and only received half of it with no update, finally dates after submitting an email to customer service they let us know all of the items are out of stock (they are still listed on the website). This has happened multiple times. They offered a refund but didn't respond to our email and we have not received a refund. They are continuing to take money from people and not conducting business in a professional way. I feel as though we are in a contract when I give them my money and they are not holding up to their end of the contract. This is costing our business money because of delays in our own productivity. I would like to connote using them as a supplier but it feels like we are getting scammed along with MANY others complaining on various social media outlets. They should close down while they are getting themselves together.

    ON MAY 31, 2025 I PLACED AN ORDER WITH MAKESY FOR SOME FRAGRANCE OILS. THEIR SITE DOES STATE TO ALLOW 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP. THE COMPANY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ON DAY 1 THE FULL AMOUNT $157.26. AFTER 4 DAYS I EMAILED THEM FOR A STATUS. NO RESPONSE.I HAVE EMAILED THEM EVERY DAY SINCE THEN, WITH NO RESPONSE. FRIDAY WAS 10 BUSINESS DAYS AND STILL NOT SHIPPED. I HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY TO ASK FOR A FULL REFUND AND TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE.THE WEBSITE DOES NOT LIST A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM. ONLY EMAIL. I HAVE NEVER USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK.     I made a purchase on May 28 and have yet to receive part of my order, I have texted and emailed with their company with no resolution or hearing from the company at all about how to issue the items. It seems like this is a pattern with this company. Theres no way to contact them via email or texting as they dont respond to either even though I have sent 20 texts and emails.

    We placed our order on 4/10/2025, a total of $246.40 for wooden ***** required for our business production, with a promised 2-week delivery time. On April 30th, we reached out requesting further information regarding our order, as we had still not received a shipment confirmation or any further communication from the Makesy team. Speaking with *******, she stated that Makesy was in the middle of a warehouse move and that it had caused delays in shipping orders. She stated that orders would begin going out mid to late May, and we accepted this. At the end of May, no further communication was provided from the Makesy team regarding our order and our order had still not arrived. We attempted to reach out for further information, requesting a tracking number for our order that they promised would be shipped by this timeframe. Makesy has not responded to our request and our order has still not been fulfilled.

    I placed My order on May 1, 2025 (order #******). I reached out to the company about my order #****** that I placed on May 1, 2025. I have been using the number to text which is what they have. There is no number to call or live person to contact. The 1st time I reached out was on May 16, 2025 and I received a response the next day apologizing about the delay that my order would be processed at the end of May. On May 26 I received an email that my order was shipped. However, there was no tracking number and the "track your order" link was not working. I reached out again via text to the same number on June 3rd and 4th 2025. However, I have yet to receive a response. It is now June 6th. Over a month of placing my order and I still have not received it. And they have stopped responding completely.

    This business failed to send an order I made. When I asked them, they told me wait another week. I waited, still nothing. And they refuse to refund my money now too. They scammed me and stole my money!!

    We put first order 3/5/2025 and now almost a month, we still missing a marigold eco dye. **************** told us they will check on it but never get back to us, we contacted them via e-mail, chat , text ; unresponsive.

    Date of transaction: November 18.Amount paid: $245.51 I have emailed their customer service multiple times asking for shipping information for the order I placed and have yet to receive any kind of response. They also have a chat feature on their website that I've tried to use but again, no response.

    I think this business is called Makesy now, I received an order that was missing several items, there is literally no one available to remedy this, live chat sends you to email,& email sends you to live chat. I received no responses to multiple online inquiries, there is no direct phone number for this business. Then I got flooded with ***************** texts & emails from them
