Did not receive product, and when asking about a refund or to resend items, they are instructing me to reach out to another company.

This company has some serious issues and I'm not done lodging a complaint on every site possible. Including social media and candle-making platforms until they resolve their issues and quickly. Repeatedly they ship fragrance oils out that are a hazard to carriers both land and sea. They don't properly package them and most often, they arrived damaged and spilled during shipment. They don't seal them and toss them in a box with one strand of pillow wrap not even around the bottle. They charge ***** for 2 Day express on shipments and deliver a week later. They also lied about their wick supplier. The ***** are fragile and most of which have had to be replaced due to cracking Wood Wick .04 Booster. I've lodged several complaints and though customer service is nice, they are filled with excuses. The ******** forums I belong too are filled with other unhappy customers too. They way over price their fragrance oils which I've found reduced by half or more other places. The oils are the biggest hazard, not to mention their shipping issues. All this out of their ***** facility. There is no acceptable excuse for not being able to reach someone higher within the company either unless you go on Linked In. The only way a company will change is if it hurts their pocket book. As long as they can get away with these practices, some of which are unsafe to couriers on the road and with the airlines, things won't change. We've spent thousands with them. It's only been this year they've drastically gone downhill. Again, these are hazardous materials. They shipped me one oil by 2 Day ******* and it was in a *** bubble mailer only. I've kept the pictures to lodge a complaint with *** for even accepting it.
