      Run dont walk! Ive always been told that my teeth are excellent! Dentist have always said that they make no money from me and my daughter because of our excellent oral hygiene. I dont even get cavities. I went to Bright Now in *******, ** for a routine cleaning (I had no pain, no concerns) and left in severe pain that lasted over 3 months and led to my needing a root canal. They took no responsibility and referred me to their **** that handles root canals and asked me to return to their location to get a cap. I tried to report it to management, ****, with no successno help, just excuses. I even sent them my X-rays from previous dentist to compare. I have never gone to the dentist and left in severe pain. I have since learned that many people have had a similar story, they went to Bright Now with no problems and left with problems. I say run dont walk. Theres a reason why their rating is so poor with the BBB. Go at your own risk.

      Ongoing Billing Discrepancies, ************ and Lack of Transparency This review concerns the Monarch Dental location at ***************************************** under Smile Brands Inc.I paid in full for orthodontic treatment for both of my children. Despite clear pre-authorization and confirmed insurance benefits, the billing provided to me did not match what was submitted to insurance or what was later reflected on my Explanation of Benefits. Charges for servicesincluding a permanent retainerwere never clearly itemized, and amounts continued to change with no clear justification. Even when credits were shown on the ledger, my patient balance never reflected them. The provider used billing codes inconsistently, submitted only one orthodontic code (D8080), and provided no breakdown matching what was paid.When I asked questions and sought clarity, I received conflicting responses from multiple office managers. Eventually, my children were denied treatmenttwicedespite my having paid in full and insurance still making monthly payments. No payment plan was offered. One child received a delinquency letter after being turned away, and the other was denied without written notice at all. I also discovered that *** transfer forms were signed after the fact to justify dropping care, even though I never initiated a transfer.I raised my concerns to MetLife, CareCredit, and the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. CareCredit partially refunded charges due to lack of documentation from the provider. Monarch has yet to respond meaningfully or correct the billing.This experience has been financially and emotionally draining, and it disrupted the continuity of care for both of my children. I would advise others to document everything, request itemized billing early, and exercise caution when working with this group

      I waited 2.5 hours to be seen by the dentist. This is a terrible business - they do not know how to manage their time or their resources efficiently.

      I went in for tooth pain. Dentist decided I needed a crown. 2 months later the same pain still persists. I went back to have it looked at and they charged me a $320 consultation fee! And now dentist says I need a root canal and will need a new crown too with the cost of $4420! I am never going back!

      DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The whole place smells like a used bathroom, very very very outdated, super unclean. They tried charging $1500 for just a deep cleaning! Once I told them I cant pay 20% of that the front desk lady told me to take off my own bib and meet her up front, Im still in the dental chair with all the tools in front of me and a hose wrapped around my arm rest, so after I get myself out of that mess I walk up to the front and the lady ask if I even want to reschedule my appointment. I called my insurance and they told me that those prices are insane!!! So glad I canceled my appointment. I went to THE SMILE MISSION RIGHT OFF 52, got my teeth deep cleaned, had two fillings replaced and did two rounds of whitening and guess what I paid less then $200 for everything! Go to The Smile Mission!!! They actually care about you and not the money!

      Grossly overcharged co-pays. Completely contradictory to what my dental insurance quoted me. ******************** manager is incompetent or it's deliberate.....

      I have been after a refund from this place for about 6 months. Every time I call I get the run around. The last time anyone would answer the phone was December 11 was told 2 week and I would have a check for about $600 but nothing came through. Call back get put on hold for someone in finance but no one picks up the call. Ask for a different number get told they dont have one which I know is a lie its corporate company. If I could leave a negative star I would dont use bright now dental if you dont want to lose money cause they dont return money back to the customer but you can be sure they will take it as fast as they can.

      I have had two visits to this office for deep cleanings. I had one appointment to begin more work. At no time did I ever meet with a Dentist, only the office staff to discuss what the cost would be. I decided not to continue with this organization because I have yet to see a Dentist.

      Johnson Family Dental is terrible. Years ago when only the Johnson family members worked there they were great. Now, however, the staff is unknowledgeable, rude and uncaring. They auto charge your credit card without telling you. I left over 2 years ago, yet that have continued auto billing me for services I never requested or received. When I called to try to resolve, they hung up on my.
