      Ive been going back and forth for over a month now spend 300 for my chipped tooth and the filling fell out twice. Thats bad service I didnt spend all this money for it to keep falling out. I want a refund

      My special needs daughter was questioned about her raspy voice by the dental staff and told her she sounded like a boy, also the dental technician asked my child was she sick in the head. My child cried all the way home. My child said, she feels like she dont have worth. Parents arent allowed to go back with child to receive dental care. Parents please dont permit dental work on your children without you present. Very Unbecoming. I dont recommend Family Dental Care Of ***********, **** to anyone. I contacted my State Representative and CareSource and made a complaint.

      The customer service at ********************** Now Dental in ******** is despicable. Office staff have no regard for the patients. I had a root canal done 3 weeks ago and set an appointment to have the crown put on. I received the confirmation text regarding my appointment as scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment I was asked what I was doing there. Upon further review, because the office manager attending at the front desk had no idea, she saw that my crown had not yet arrived. When I asked her why I was not given a courtesy call regarding the matter so that I would not waste my time and gas she said the person in charge of "that stuff" kind've does that. So due to the inept staff I now have to wait another week for my crown that should only take about two weeks. On top of all of this, every time I go to this office there is always a problem. My appointments are never on time, there is always something to discuss about what has already been paid for. The only reason for leaving a 1 star review is because there is no way to leave a 0 review.

      I m a Newly Widow,76y.o. Female /Retired on my Husband SSC approximately $17,000.or $20,000.Paid to Castle Dental ********************************) First I just wanted my Mouth fixed with some Teeth now I m asking for $20k to fix.& $60k.for 3 yr. For no Teeth/Pain &Suffering!
