    Terrible. They owe me almost $400 for deliveries I have already made. They never sent me a link to Branch Wallet to recieve payment and their customer service is non existent. I've sent several emails and gotten no help, and their telephone system just tells you to send an email, or leave a voicemail in a full voicemail box.

    I am currently an independent contractor using DDI platform to do deliveries. However, this unprofessional company doesnt want to help me solve my problem. I was simply trying to update my account information so I can get paid in my current direct deposit checking account . I just wanted customer service to identify the issue. The website keeps kicking me out and I tried using 4 different web browsers but no success login. I even tried resetting my password. I tried reaching out to them 3 times through email and direct contact. No one contact me back through email nor phone and its been past 72 hours. Unfortunately this company doesnt care about the independent contractors concerns and how will they get paid. I am getting displeased with this company overall.

    I've applied with this company as was told I would be contacted within 72 hours. Since then several issues have arisen and I have contacted then several times and have only received and automated response. I have not been contacted for months now and it doesn't seem it will be happening anytime soon. At this point I just want to delete my account and have my personal information removed but there is no option for that and of course no customer service to get in touch with. I'm beyond frustrated and don't k ow what to do except writing this.

    This company will not send a link to get paid for all the deliveries I made. I'm going to contact a lawyer. I can't believe they are keeping over $1000 from me so far!

    This company is awful. I received a message saying I was approved to start working as a Spark delivery driver on August 8th. I still haven't been able to reach anyone at DDI. All of a sudden I can't log onto their website because my username and password is Invalid which is a BOLDFACE LIE!! I have sent 7 email *********** haven't received no response. I also had received a voice recording saying mailbox was full. They need to look at this company closely due to shady practices. I can't believe a major corporation would use this third party company to hire employees when they are unreliable and their definitely not running their operations as a business. I want some answers and to speak with someone from DDI. Please don't use this company for any reason what so ever AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

    The worst company I have ever seen!! Does anyone work here?? I have sent 4 emails in the past two weeks not one single response. Made phone calls daily and always get the automated we are sorry you reached us outside of business hours. Leave a voicemail and no returned calls?? Whats the deal?? Every single day any hours its always outside of business hours. Insanity!! How does anyone even get a job here??

    **************** ZERO support, the phone number is a bunch of recordings telling you the "inbox is full" then hangs up on you. They re-route you to 2-3 different emails and never respond. Worst company I've ever attempted to work for, they should be shut down, it's disgusting.
