I tried the modular pillow and it did not work for me. I requested a refund. They will not provide me with an RMA number. They are telling me I have to wait until after the 120 money back guarantee window to request a refund. False advertising. I need to get a refund on merchandise I returned, which Doctor Trigger Point Systems is refusing to remit. I'm on SSI Disability income with Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia. I was Backer #**** on Kickstarter for the Doctor Trigger Rocker 2.0. I'm attaching screenshots. Since I'm on a limited income and realize that with my chronic pain issues, things sometimes hurt more than they help, I try to only buy things that have a guarantee/return policy. As the screenshots show, I backed the project (Trigger Point Systems, Dr ***** **, seemed to be reputable) with $69 for the ROCKER 2.0, $9 for Loop Bands for Exercising on ROCKER 2.0, and $8 for an additional K*** Set, all under the Pledge summary stating "Backers Try It Risk-Free for 6 Months". When I was given instructions to return, I was NOT told to only return the unit and to not return the Loop Bands and Extra K**** I returned the entire set in the box during my 6 month trial period, with the packaging, that it came in. The unit was practically unused. The bands and k**** were unused. Although they have ALL the merchandise I paid for, they only refunded the $69 for the ROCKER 2.0. I've contacted both customer service on their website and *********** page. They've refused to refund the $17 they still owe me for the k**** and bands they have in their possession, and have incredibly condescending and rude. $17 might be nothing to them, but I'm on a limited income. I did not receive a refund for the over $30 additional they charged me later to ship the package, nor the $15 (yes, they overcharged me to send it!) it cost me to return it, so I'm out that $45+ for trying out a system that further hurt me. I placed an order on March 31 with this company for their DreamArch pillow. I emailed them on April 11 to request a tracking number as I didn't receive the item or receive any sort of tracking. This was my second time purchasing something from this company and even on the first order a couple years ago it was delayed with very poor communication.This was the response on April 11:"Support (Doctor ************************** 11, 2024, 14:58 EDT Hey ****, It appears there may have been a slight oversight at our warehouse, but rest assured, I'm committed to resolving this for you swiftly. I provided the requested information and they then responded on April 28 and said the pillow would be on its way in 2 weeks.It has now been over 2 weeks and no response and no tracking number. I ordered the product as it stated there is a "30 DAY ROCK RISK-FREE GUARANTEE". On the shop app the return policy makes no mention of $15 return fee. When returning I learned of this fee and asked company to honor the advertised risk free guarantee, which does not mention any fee on shop app. I have a screenshot of this policy attached. I paid this company USD$108 via Kickstarter on 26 February 2023 for the Lifted Lumbar seat cushion, which was meant to be an early-bird discounted amount. The company have reached out to me to complete the order as they apparently have the product ready, but they want to charge me AUD$127 (approx USD$85) to ship this product along with a bag (just a cheap synthetic satchel that items similar to ones some yoga mats come with) to my ********** address. If I remove the optional bag from the order, the shipping cost drops to AUD$100 (approx USD$67). How can an almost weightless bag that would normally have been part of the packaging for many other similar products incur an extra AUD$27 (USD$18) shipping?! The AUD$100 (USD$67) for shipping for a product that's gained $1.1mil in Kickstarter funds alone (this doesn't include other sites like Indigogo where they hosted the same campaign but offered free shipping instead) is very alarming. I believe the shipping fee is exorbitant and the comments left by other Kickstarter backers of the campaign reflect the same sentiments. This leads me to fear that this company is scamming people by overcharging for shipping and I don't want to pay the enormous cost of shipping if it is indeed a scam. But if I don't complete the survey and order, then I fear that I will not get my money back. October 24, 2022-Purchase date.Purchased a Trigger Point Rocker as the ad says Try risk free. The website also says 100% risk free. The site gives no information about it's return policy and it repeats "Happiness Guarantee" Love it or send it back. With 100% Risk free, risk free means risk free, I should not have to pay any shipping or restock fee. The item didn't fit, the rep never asked why I didn't want it. I didn't feel I had to give reason as their "Love it or send it back" says it all.They claim it has a universal fit, it doesn't, I sink so far into it, my back forms a "C". The model using the trigger point fits perfectly, back is straight, etc. To get this to fit, I have to put padding down. They tried to get me to keep it for 30 days. Can't use something if it doesn't work/fit. It's only after insisting for a return label did the restock fees and shipping isn't refunded shows up. This doesn't match their website ad for Try it 100% risk free-this part is at the very top of their Webpage and it scrolls. Go to their Website. I would like $17.82, their claim for shipping and restocking. Additionally, they need to remove "Try risk free" , "Try it 100% risk free and "Happiness Guarantee" from their Website, add their return policy upfront, contact information and show models of various heights using the item.Initial Complaint

I purchased the back bar (order #*****) on 12/23/22 and it was delivered on 1/3/23. The bar made my back hurt while using and afterwards. I tried it for 30 days as they recommend and got the same results. Their purchase page says "TRY IT RISK FREE". The purchase page had no return info, so I emailed customer service who sent me a link to the "hidden" return page that is deceptively hidden under a tab named faq. That page says if you removed the bar from the packaging then it is no longer returnable. I replied the website says to TRY IT RISK FREE and you are saying because I tried it that it is no longer returnable. How is one supposed to try that unit without removing it from the package?! Absolutely *************************** is a complete SCAM. On 9/26/22, I purchased the Trigger Point Rocker online for $79.00 **** tracking number: 1Z0863F90392972334). It was not at all what I expected and was very hard and too painful to use. So, on September 30, per their highly promoted Happiness guarantee - if you dont love it, just send it back, I sent my request for instructions to return it. They responded by asking me to continue to try it out but at my insistence, they finally sent the information for the return.I immediately carefully re-packed everything in the original packing, exactly as I received it, and then followed their instructions exactly for the return, sending it off that same day (October 3) at my expense.On November 18, after seeing no credit to my account (though I had proof that it had been delivered), I reached out again, and was stunned by the response! They said that based on details from the warehouse, the items were disposed of due to the condition, please see here. And yet, the so-called documentation offered no explanation or description of any damages. All it says is, Action requested: Restock. Action taken: DisposeThis made no sense to me in part, because if there was damage by the shipping company, they should have let me know. This is a scam company that offers a 90-Day "or your money back" and comments how their shipping is free. A return of the product after one week cost us $60 to return. Return was verified using **** tracking. They received the parcel on September 28, 2022. After not receiving my refund I contacted them in late October. They answered an email that acknowledged things were taking a bit longer to process. I have contacted them 10/31; 11/2; 11/9; 11/15; ****************** emails, phone calls and social media messaging all goes unanswered and unaddressed. If I can spare anyone else out their the loss of time, money or any frustration, I believe this company selling a cheap product for a large sum, and by the time you order it and they have your money you have no chances of getting is back.
