hello Thank you for helping me,I recently made a purchase from the triggerpointsystems.com my order number is #***** and it cost $231.74 total.on the website the company states: " try it 100% risk free" and " happiness guarantee"I had gone ahead and made this purchase after seeing those statements thinking that if I didn't like the product that they would cover shipping back and give me a full refund. after receiving the products I ordered I did not feel they were working well for me And ask the company for return shipping label. they responded within a day giving me an RA number to return but let me know they would not cover the cost of shipping and that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I emailed them back the next day saying I felt this was unfair and would they please reconsider removing the 20% restocking fee It's been six days and I've heard nothing from them. it's going to cost just over $40 to send the products and a 20% restocking fee would be another$50 roughly so I'd be losing $90.00 on the 231 dollars that I spent. this hardly seems fair from the statement they gave. i'm unsure what to do next as I'd like to read get all of my money back from this purchase and help others not run into the same issues as I did. one option from now is I could send back the product and get a partial refund and hope that with your help I can get the remaining amount returned to me.thank you for your help again looking forward to your wisdomInitial Complaint

On 6/29/22 I purchased a Trigger Point Rocker online from Trigger Point Systems. I spent $79.00 USD for the device. It was shipped to me, I tried the item but it was too painful, so on 7/5/22 I requested a refund via email to *******************, PT, DPT who persuaded me to try it for 30 days. I used it another 2 times (on carpet) but it was still too painful for me. On 8/2/22 I requested refund again, and was given a return number. I shipped the item back using exact same packaging, interior wrap and boxing. I was not informed by Trigger Point Systems that my return was received, so when I finally followed up, I was informed that the condition that it was returned to them was not acceptable, so it was disposed of at the warehouse. Therefore, I got NO REFUND. I'm shocked by this conclusion as I barely used this item, it was much too painful for my back. I feel this is a scam company, and a disgusting way for them to try to build a reputation as a legit health care provider. I would like BBB to investigate claims as what are the chances so many of us have similar complaints? Thanks.Initial Complaint

Returned the "Trigger Point Rocker" as requested 8/12 and have still not received my refund. I have tried to request this refund numerous times...sent emails to the warehouse and Trigger Point customer support and also used their zendesk system with little to no response, all done numerous times. They asked for the following info after rocker was sent back, which I gave them:Return Tracking Number: **** **** **** **** **** 72 ************* ************** I paid $79.20 (7/2) for this item and had to pay for the return which was $31.75 (8/16, rec'd 8/19) = $110.95.Below is an email I received regarding the return:*******************, PT, DPT (Trigger Point Systems) Aug 15, 2022, 12:31 EDT Hey Corker105, Thank you for letting us know.We would be happy to refund you for the items you return to us. I ordered a firm trigger point rocker based on the 100% satisfaction guarantee that was advertised on the companys website. The guarantee is boldly displayed on the top of the page: try it 100% risk free-if you dont love it, just send it back. I tried it and I dont love it. I contacted the company and they said I had to not only pay shipping (which I can accept), but also a 20% restocking fee. I checked the faqs before ordering and there was no mention about returns or a restocking fee so I purchased the item based on the bold 100% satisfaction guarantee. When I asked to return the item I was told I had to pay the restocking fee and shipping which seems to me to be less than an 80% guarantee not the 100% they are claiming. https://triggerpointsystems.com/ Is the website.Initial Complaint

July 1, 2022 I ordered a product online, totaling $11.90. July 4 received email that item had shipped. *** tracking continued to show package not received by the carrier, and package was never delivered to me. July 14 contacted company about the issue. Was told they have to wait 20 days from ship date before they can initiate investigation, and that they would follow up at that point. Contacted them again July 24, response was essentially that they needed time to investigate. I requested that they simply send out another package with what I ordered, and figure out where the other went missing later. Response was that they have to follow process of investigation first and that I would hear back within 48 hours. July 26th emailed them again asking them to get back with me and rectify the situation. No response at all since the 24th, they have now been completely ignoring me and the fact that they took my payment and provided me with nothing for it. At this point, I simply want my money back. I did not receive the product I paid them for, and they are refusing to do anything about getting me what I paid them for.Initial Complaint

I paid for shipping on October 25, 2021 and my order number is #*****, where the item had never left *******, **********. Now the official ********************************** email service is telling me that I should have contacted them in 90 days to get a refund and that there is nothing they can do, as my package was lost in shipping.Initial Complaint
