After investing on my own for decades losing on every idea (FOREX, Commodities, Stocks, Crypto, Derivatives etc. my CPA told me to invest in Bonds. Doing research on my own finding bonds that payed 4% guaranteed I realized that their must be something with better returns out their. I found Phoenix Capital with very impressive guarantees. After reading their financial reports and searching the web for anything negative I decided to attend on briefing session with my wife. After ********************* disclosed the program we were believers. As we approach retirement we DID NOT safe very well and now need to hurry up to accumulate as much cash as possible in the next 7 years. We hope to lean into Phoenix with additional monies as they appear. Thanks **** for your thorough understanding of finance. With Oil at $75 hedged at $65 and breakeven at $26 those are odds I really like. Thanks for inviting us to the family and look for more investments in the future. Communication was bad. We had get on them 4xs about the deposit. NO in the office Communicated with each other. We threaten to back away from the deal. We drove to ********** from ******* to meet at their office. They We great! The financing department we rude.Phoenix Energy One LLC

Oh no, thats not what we want to hear! While we do have a smaller capital markets team that we are still working on growing, that is no excuse to feel you werent properly serviced over the phone we will work internally to do better for the future.
