So far so good. The only issue I had was with funding through Plaid. I have funded brokerages in the past where all I had to do was give my banking info. I had to send a check through snail mail which took forever. I was starting to get worried but I contacted a woman in *********** who was very helpful. She returned my email with a personal call which I really appreciated and asked to be notified when my check was received which she did. I like the personal service I received and Phoenix seems to be a first class outfit. I have already recommended Phoenix to a couple of friends.
