    Definitely recommend!!! We ended up being extremely delinquent due to the lender's forbearance offer during Covid and before we knew it we were being foreclosed on. Thanks to the Retention we were able to become current and even reduce our payment! This was Godsent right in time for the Holidays! Thank you everyone.

    My experience with the retention group was awesome. I was at first reluctant because of all the scams in todays society. But after speaking to my representative she explained everything in simple understandable terms, I felt at ease. This group really does care about saving peoples homes and saving homes could also mean saving families, marriages. I would recommend if your in a tight situation and things just dont seem to work out pick up the phone and call it could be the most important phone call you ever make. The Coopers

    The retention group is awesome!!! We had fallen on our mortgage and it was getting difficult to catch up with the cost of living and things getting more expensive. My rep *** was amazing she was very helpful and she knows her stuff! I have made another friend the team is amazing everyone is very pleasant and does a great job of explaining everything the process what you will need how to do it they make it so easy. Im just so thankful that they were able to help me. I can rest easier at night knowing I am able to pay my mortgage

    The team at Retention Group were amazing!!! We lost my son almost 8 yrs ago and we had to sell our home were our children grew up because there were too many memories. We found a home that now we are creating new memories and are happy but than our financial status changed. My husband had to retire early because of health issue therefore our income completely took a rough turn. We couldnt make our mortgage payments on time and started falling behind. And once you fall behind its hard to catch up. We searched high and low for assistance; we were losing sleep. Than we came across the retention group and they gave us the help we needed. We had awesome help from the very first phone conversation. Thank you to ******************* and Ms. ******************* you have gave us peace of mind.
