    I ordered a smart facial cleaner. It says smart facial cleaner on the packing slip. The employee couldnt read well Im assuming and sent me an ear cleaner which I already own. Being that I support their business I kindly emailed customer service 3 times just to get ignored and calls are forwarded to voicemail, so I can only conclude that this is a fake scam company that steals?????.

    Ordered a Model E cleaner ($42.21 with tax and shipping order #*****) on 12/6/2023. Received an order confirmation. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or the item. I have emailed ******************************* more than 4 times with no response. I will contest this purchase with my bank.

The product does not work and I attempted to return it as it has a 30 day guarantee. They have not responded for over a month.

    I placed an order and was charged for it on 12/20/23. The order never shipped and i I did not receive it despite being charged for it. I attempted to contact the company several times but they have not responded. I feel like I have been scammed.

    On December 3rd, 2023 at 11:52 AM, I purchased the ************* Ear Cleaner with the storage base and 9 ear picks for a total of $62.00. I was sent a confirmation via **** from Astro Ridge that my order was received and is order # ***** that same day. I received a second email confirming that my order has shipped with tracking number : ********************** on December 16th, 2023 at 3:14 PM. No package has been received by the **** from that vendor and I have not received any package from this tracking number in over 38 days. I have emailed the customer support email 3 times with no response. No phone number is available on their website. The has shipped email is the last correspondence I have received from Aspen Ridge after 3 attempts to resolve this matter. Product intended to help my spouse who is deaf with cleaning ear after hearing device is removed.

    On 12/20/23, I placed an order (*****) following an ad stating it would arrive by Christmas, but it didn't. Email said shipping email would be received once shipped. Still no shipping email received. Contacted them through email ********************************* but received no response. Call phone number during business hours but got voicemail. I'm disputing the charge with my bank.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
