    I placed my order on 3/9/2024 and then sent an email the same day to inquire about canceling my order due to the negative comments I saw on their advertisement for what I was buying from the company on ********* I ordered the Smart Ear Cleaner and Extra Ear Picks for a total of $47 which included tax. I sent a follow up email on 3/19/2024 asking if someone could address my concerns. I still hadn't received what I purchased. It's 3/27/2024 today and I still haven't heard back from anyone or received what I purchased. The only way to contact this business it through an email, there is no phone number available. I'd like a complete refund in all actuality. DO NOT BUY from this predatory business.

    Great product! Love using it on myself as well as my boyfriend. Easy to use and shipping time was a lot faster than I expected. **** from their customer service team answered all of my questions and was super helpful.

    Zero Stars. Was charged for my order yet I was never provided a Tracking Number and never received my order. All the e-mails to **************** have received no response. All of my calls to their phone number have not been answered. What is this? Some sort of a scam business. Shut them down.

    It's the worst company I have placed an order with. No response from anyone in the company. But they did charge my credit card when I ordered on 12/5/23.

    ZERO STARS- Ordered on 12/4/2023, thought I would get it for xmas gift for husband! Said 1-3 days to receive order! Here it is 12/29/2023 and never received any info or product but it has already come in on my charge card!!!!!! This has to be a scam!!! they can't stay in business doing business this way!!!!!!

    ZERO STARS!!!! I ordered these for Christmas gifts on November 30th - Order Number *****. My account was charged, paid for expedited shipping, they STILL have NOT SHIPPED!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!!!
