About 20 months ago I received a phone call from Set Schedule (could possibly been an email) telling me about their outstanding lead generation system that provided me initially with up to 100 ready to buy or sell prospects. The price was just under $2000.I paid my money and received notifications. With maybe 6 exceptions no one ever responded to or answered a phone call or message, text or email. The one person who was ready to buy was 200 miles outside the parameter of prospect locations I had selected. The few others, were Working with an agent already or not interested in buying or selling.After about 26 dead ends I quit trying. I expressed my frustration and disappointment to SetSchedule and their response was that one out of ten was considered and appropriate ratio to find that Ready and able prospect and I should reach out up to ten times per name.I vehemently expressed my disappointment in what i had been lead to believe was a worthwhile productive lead generation ********** year after my original purchase I was without notification charged again just under $2000($1998 .oo etc) for another year of this worthless system. When I reached out and my **************** representative also reached out we were told it was in the (fine print) contract that it would automatically renew. So I remained basically scammed by this worthless company to the tune of $4000.00 These practices are apparently legal but should not be.I hope my taking the time to write this will help someone else avoid wasting their money in this way.Initial Complaint

The phone number to the business is nonworking. And the system online that allows for canceling a subscription is broken , so there's no way to avoid being charged repeatedly for a subscription that you want to cancel. It's a scam.Initial Complaint

In June of 2024, I signed up for lead services from Set Schedule. I am a realtor, and decided to try a service that provided leads. They guaranteed 100 leads. I received about 20, now the phone number they provided doesnt even work which is ************. Ive sent emails too with no response. It has been months since Ive received leads. They have not fulfilled their obligation and now there is no way I can find to contact them. I would be happy with a refund, but as stated, there is no way to contact them.Initial Complaint

On 3/28/2024 I signed up for set schedule leads which costed me $1715.00.They promised 100 allotments and then to request additional allotments once those allotments were depleted. To request additional allotments I was to contact my Agent Success person which bonuses if there ever really was one because none of the phone numbers I had for communication worked.I believe this company to be a scam and has been taking thousands from people without providing the services they promise.They told me that Id have a meeting monthly to revise and discuss my leads which did not happen either.I ended up contacting my bank and filing a dispute and was told that it was outside the timeframe to be refunded!Im wanting a full refund of the $1715.00 and the $9.90/month that I paid for the RED. Begins with a text, then a phone call offering real estate business referrals from **********. After you pay them a large sum of money, they tell you to find your own referrals on a website based on clicks on other websites. Would be fine if these same "leads" were not already sold to other agents. So my complaint is I believe this to be fraud. Describing one thing and giving another. I have recently read online of others with the same issue. They were charged a "renewal fee again without issuing a warning or asking for consent. I think this should be stopped. I have been trying to get in touch with Set schedule my phone, email, social media and none of their contact information works, I want my personal information removed from their site due to personal safety concerns and no one is responding. The phone line is disconnected, no email response and automatic responses on social media. Transaction Date 10/18/2024 I ordered a product, waited, no product i sent multiple emails regarding the tracking and where the package was.. some responses took days. I officially emailed them on Nov 6th 2024 and asked for a refund. They have continued to state it was delivered to check my security, my neighbors etc.. It was supposed to be delivered to a PO BOX so I can't check footage, neighbors or anything. I signed up with them in ******* **** were supposed to supply leads.. After a few weeks the leads wouldn't show up on the app.. I contacted them and it never got fixed.. Each response took a week or more. I told them I wanted a refund because they didn't provide the services I signed up for.. The wouldn't respond to my request at all.. **** would only say have you tried this or try that, never acknowledging my request to cancel and refund.. It just seams like they are buying time or something.. Im at a total loss of approximately 500 to 700 dollars.Initial Complaint

I spent ****** on real estate leads and was told that they had consistent business near and in my home town. When I first signed up there were leads 50 miles away or farther and NONE of the leades were bona fide leads like I was told. Real leads are SEEKING a real estate agent and none of them were. In the past month there have been NO leads within 180 MILES of my home. I have been taking pictures of the real estate radar on their app that shows leads and they are in a different part of the state. I want my money back. They are scammers.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally file a complaint against SetSchedule for deceptive and potentially unlawful business practices. On March 15th 2024, I was pressured into signing an invoice over the phone, under the pretense that immediate action was required. This invoice contained tiny print with a hidden link to a master agreement that I was unable to properly review. I was not signing an agreement, just an invoice, which I believe violates my rights as I was not given a fair chance to understand the terms. Additionally, SetSchedule failed to inform me of my legal right to cancel the transaction within the three business-day cooling-off period, which is a violation of the law. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the validity of my consent.Additionally, I had requested a trial period for the services, which was rejected. For the $1,295 I paid instantly, I was promised unlimited leads in my area but only received 100 outside of my area. After encountering significant issues with SetSchedules technology and communication, as well as inadequate leads, I decided to cancel the transaction. In accordance with Florida's three business-day cooling-off period, I emailed my cancellation on March 20th, 3 business days after making payment on March 15th. Despite this timely request, SetSchedule denied my cancellation and has since made it impossible to reach them by phone, email, or text.Moreover, my leads have been shut off for over a month, despite the large payment I made. SetSchedules actions appear predatory, misleading, and exploit struggling realtors.I tried to investigate whether SetSchedule is properly licensed for telemarketing in *******. I was unable to find any record of their telemarketing business license, which could be a serious legal violation.I respectfully request your assistance in securing a full refund.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely, ****** *****
