    Dishonest company!I signed up for SetSchedule and found out 5 days later that I would need to go in for open heart surgery. I emailed and called SetSchedule and asked for a refund and told them I would sign up again once I was cleared to work again. They told me they wouldn't give me a refund, but promised I could start the full program once I was ready to return to a full working schedule. I even have emails stating this that I shared with them. When I called to start the program, they told me the program was expired and I would need to sign up for a new program. I talked to several people, including ****** ****** who said he was the ultimate decision maker, and he said "no", even though he got a copy of the emails stating that I could restart the program once I was ready to return to full work. I even sent an email to CEO/President *** ***** and never received a response.I paid full price for SetSchedule leads and received zero (0) leads. Does that sound right to you? Will they be honest and provide the leads I paid them to provide?

    The service from this company was supposed to be leads near my location within 30miles and it was said that they had leads at the time of purchase of sellers and buyers but that wasn't the case. Then they didn't want to refund the money I gave and said I signed a contract to make the payment and that it was good for ***. Within this time frame they would do their best to get me leads for sellers and buyers but that has not happened yet and this purchase was in July and it is now December. This is just my experience, this company is based in ******, ** and I am located in *********, **. I should be able to receive some leads that are local to me.

    Leads are not real and they have disconnected their contact information to where no one can contact them, including emails. I tried to unsubscribe for renewal and it wont allow me to. Scammers

    I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in **********, as I believe its crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse.The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrationsthere are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year.Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldnt want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If youre a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.

    Set Schedule renewed my subscription without my knowledge or consent. So it's closing in on the 2nd year. I've worked these dead, old leads or no good contact information for 2 years. I'm a professional that's been in the business for years. I haven't gotten one sale. So you pay each year and they also want 20% of the commissions. Terrible communication from them by phone and by chatting. Sends you leads in your allotment that's 3 to 5 hours away. You tell them you want closer leads, they acknowledge by saying we're working on getting you better closer leads. It never comes. They do not care or listen to you. They cut you off your allotment if you are truthful with them. When you try to call they block you, they should be shut down. If you have an account by credit card, remember they WILL RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION without asking. I called my credit card company and put a block on them so they can't charge me again. Set Schedule, do not even attempt to apologize to me, it's just for your attempt to look good to those that don't know any better. I've read your responses to all the other people and it's not being honest. For those that have been discouraged by your company, and we're all saying the same thing, I'm not sure how you keep getting by doing this to people trying to make a living. To those considering a good lead source, this isn't the one you want.

    These people are full of promises until you sign up with them. ******************** gave me her "personal" phone number and promised that she would be making sure to handle my account personally because she gets a percentage of my commission. Since then, I have not been able to get her to respond to me except when she accidentally picked up the phone when I called. On the first occasion, she told me that she was in the grocery store and would call me back the next morning. She never called and would not answer my call. The next time I called a couple of weeks later she again accidentally answered and then told me she was driving and asked if she could call me back in 20 mins. When I called her back about 45 mins later, she would not answer. She will not pick up the phone now. I have also tried to contact, through email and chat, the person whom they say is my contact for any questions. She does not respond either. Told ************** was unsatisfied, he screamed and argued with me! I was told that no other agents would get my leads. They have confirmed that was a lie. I was also told I could tell them which leads I wanted to have a replacement for, and they would send me the replacement. Now, I'm told, I can't get replacements for the leads, I can just get additional leads when my "bucket" runs out. RUN from this company if you get a phone call! They are liars and thieves. They tell you one thing, take your money and refuse to have a discussion about their lies and they don't even care that they are rude and condescending when you approach them about it. Believe every complaint that you see on this site, and instead of not being rated, someone should SHUT THEM DOWN! I may not even work the leads since I would have to contribute more money to them for every transaction. However, if I can get enough from the leads to pay me back for my investment, I may do so. Again, RUN and do not believe them! MY ACTUAL RATING FOR THEM IS NO STARS!!!!

    Lots of promises on the phone with verified leads, but they have been less than verified and I paid up for a year last December and have been trying to get a refund since February with no response other than a couple of texts saying that somebody was going to call me to give me a no charge added feature and then I never hear from anyone!Total waste of money!!!

    Simply put this company is a bunch of thieves. They should be all locked up the fact that theyre allowed to do business just shows you how bad this country has gotten.     I was scammed by this fraudulent lead generation company, Set Schedule, for $3400 in 02/2024. It is the worse and we have received NOTHING!! The leads are not in our area and if they are the leads they are bogus and scream at us for being connected to them!! The so called leads are usually not even in the market to buy! *******, the representative we paid promised refunds and I have asked repeatedly to get one from SET SCHEDULE with no response EXCEPT give us a month and let us prove you will get results! Now it is 5 months with the same Nothing result! Now they wont even respond nor answer. ***************** owns this company and we plan to go to court soon to DEMAND OUR MONEY BACK! I hope others can and maybe a class action suit will be filed against this bogus company that STEALS FROM INNOCENT REALTORS THAT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!! $3400 down the drain and I wont stop till I get my refund! DONT EVER FALL FOR THE LIES THEY TELL TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I DIDNT want to leave a star but to file this complaint you had to pick one - I wish they had a minus star rating - I would have chosen that one!!
