    Account opened August 9th, 2021 Renewal charged August 8th, 2022 Account # ************ Charged *************************** claims that I never cancelled my account around May of 2022, though I did within a couple of months before the renewal. They attempted to charge $1500 without any notice to me but my account denied the charge. They proceeded to charge me $800 after the first charge was denied, again without any notice to me. I filled a dispute with my bank because BrandRep couldnt be reached over the weekend. I called on Monday to get the $800 charge reversed. ****** from BrandRep was tiptoeing around the refund and was insinuating that a refund wouldnt be possible until I told him about the bank dispute. He proceeded to claim that I would need to cancel the dispute before issuing a refund and that I wouldnt succeed in my dispute anyway. Unfortunately, I canceled the dispute not knowing that it couldnt be reopened. I have yet to receive any word about a refund from ******. BrandRep also charged me an additional $126 today, knowing that I cancelled my account. These business practices are very concerning and I am formally requesting assistance with this.
