1 starI can say it is a scammer company! I had a contract with them in December 2020 for one year service. Before one year finished. I had told them (my representative) terminated the contract. She agreed. But the next 3 years they continue charging me. I have disputed back 2023 year charge $1495. But another two years 2021 and 2022 total charged $2990 they refused to pay back to me. They said my payment was recurring payments. So they automatically charged me for 3 years. I have gave them enough evidence and told them I didnt get any service after one year. They told me my website has traffics, it is their contribution. I have to tell them that I am working with another company. They helped me to build the new website and keep advertising and posted on the social media. Brandrep ignored what I said. I emailed them all the evidence. No one care ! They still refused to refund my $2990 back. I will continue to ask them. Until they refund me.Review fromRomel M

1 starNot good. I wasted my money, time, and energy. I had a bad experience; I paid for the company's mistake. I asked to talk to the owner of the company. I talked to somebody on the phone, the main salesman. He sold me stuff not in the lease, and he told me I already signed in the end. I was out of money..Review fromGreg A

1 starBrandRep was the biggest mistake I have made in years. They promised our company to help SEO, *** and social media marketing. They virtually did nothing they promised to do. All while charging me and saying they're making changes and they'll show up a few weeks later.This company is a rip off. I do not suggest you ever use them. Hi ****,I went through the history of your account and says we delivered on the tasks promised:3-27-2024 30 business directory profiles were set up and published across the internet 4-10-2024 Pinned live and optimized on GBP 4-23-2024 Your website was finished and published on the internet Your ranking report shows that you shows that you are ranking for service keywords. Don't waste your money on Brandrep.I have been a customer of ********************** since 2017. (almost 8 years!!!)The seller is dedicated but you will not be able to contact by phone because no one will answer and the only way is by email, very annoying because they do not continue to take care of you after you have ******* store has been on ****** Map for nearly 8 years but it is "PERMANENTLY CLOSED ."??????Brandrep did not fix this serious error even though Brandrep was the Admin who registered with ****** since the first days the store opened.Brandrep did not refund anyone and I had to wait another year.Their service price is not low, other marketing companies are very good in the market and I will stop being a loyal customer of this company.They are an unreliable company, do not serve customers after taking money as advertised.Irresponsible company, don't waste your money on them.BrandRep

Did a great job the first year I signed and then this year I didnt have money to resign but the wouldnt let me have my own website under my control unless I signed again. I signed out of desperation and paid on a credit card even though I really didnt have the money to. They totally didnt deliver even the simplest things they were supposed to do after resigning Ive called and texted them many times and still nothing after a month.BrandRep

Hi, I had a customer service *** call you already. Keep in mind that every site has ongoing costs of hosting and domain. Those costs never stop since those two things are required forever. We did build you the site. It is still there. But if you want it live, you can pay the hosting cost with Wix. It is still there.Review fromBelafonte R

Hi,You signed up for the Essentials plan on 1-28-2024. That includes pinning and optimizing your GBP and directories. We fully delivered both in four days. Once those are established then there is continued optimization that would have given you better results. Unfortunately your payment failed the very next month and every one after that. They take your money and run. Signed up during the spring of 2024, with expectation from their "skilled" sales team that I would have a guaranteed number of great reviews and be able to be found on ****** search. I've been in business for over 11 years. I paid $1,500 for a 6 month trial. During that time, I got nothing from them. Did not boost my company in the ****** search. Just smoke in mirrors. Had me listed in wrong places for wrong types of work I did not do. They wanted to create a website so, whatever. I let them do it. It was included. Saw it later on, was cheesy as all get out. I did my own work and effort to create legitimate reviews and presence on ****** search. Did my own webpage. After the 6 month trial of non-sense, they charged my credit card $300 for the next month. After the trial ended. I called them told them to cancel/close my account and don't charge me anymore. Said they would. Never did. Asked for credit back, and did not credit back. I removed them from my ****** account access already. Next month, same thing. Charged me again for $300, for doing nothing! Crooks!! So, $1,500 + unauthorized charges of $600 put my advertising at a wasted $2,100. The guy I talked to to cancel this was some sassy pretend to be classy sales guy. I wanted none of it. I told him to cancel and credit the money back. Never did. No truth. Liars and crooks. Typical west coast shenanigans.BrandRep

Hi ****, thank you for sharing you feedback. We will take this as a learning experience. Your package was the Essentials which Included two main things: getting your GBP pinned/optimized and directories. The GBP was delivered successfully after 10 days on March 7, 2024. Your Directories of 29 were delivered in two days after signup. We also threw in a free website since you did not have one. It is free so it was one of our basic ones. As for the contract that you signed, it clearly shows there is a recurring after the six month period if you don't cancel. I looked in your account and didn't see any cancel request. Even if it the cancellation was late, we could have refunded that portion of you. But now it is in chargeback mode. The credit card company process for you.
