The company's performance has significantly declined over the past eight years. They have become unreliable and frequently provide excuses for the decline in search engine rankings, such as dropping from page 1 to page 22 on ******. Despite their excellent salesmanship, they fail to deliver results, leading to numerous complaints and the revocation of their status by the Better Business Bureau. After experiencing repeated disappointments and broken promises, I have decided to seek alternative marketing solutions.

Hi James, we serviced you for 7 years. Within that time we have definitely delivered on the services you purchased. So it is sad to see that you are unhappy. Keep in mind that even if we deliver on all the services, the online environment constantly changes, including your competition. We can still see what adjustments can be made to keep you competitive. Haha they tell you they are ******* I told them my problem, and then they stated that they are actually partners with ****** but not ******. Its a scam. This business needs its licensed revoked. Now Im out money because they claimed to be ****** on the phone. And I was needing help with my ****** ads account. They wanted me to pay for their service even tho I already pay ****** ads about $500 a week. Get a grip.BrandRep

BrandRep is a scam company. I reached out for a refund for services not rendered but I get generic responses stating my matter has been forwarded to a customer service representative but no one ever gets back to me. BrandRep, in my experience, takes your money annually and does nothing for you. Stay far away from this company.BrandRep

This company caused me to have nightmares. They created a website and a logo that made me nearly vomit and I paid over $2000 for it. I had ZERO clients coming in to ********* after I paid them another $2000 for marketing! Then IT TOOK ME 9 MONTHS to get a letter of termination from them via email for both marketing and web design (over $4000) and they sent me a one sentence letter with no account numbers on it. RUN from this company!BrandRep

Hi Andrea, you paid for local SEO. From our records it showed that we performed the steps needed for local SEO to start building. We did build you a site and logo. I was forced into signing up with them the sales associate would not stop bothering me and guaranteed that they will refund me if my business was not getting more leads. I called back to cancel subscription but I was told that it was just a first day cancel ??. I told the agent on the phone to cancel everything keep in mind this was last year. And today 2024 May they are charging me another $900 and now Im told that I shouldve canceled last year. This company is a scam. They stole $1800 from me.??????BrandRep

1 starI was scammed for $1,700 I hired this marketing agency to set up and run ****** Ads on my behalf. They also promised to rank my e-commerce site on page 1 with Search ******************* services for an additional fee. I paid $1,700 for the initial ****** Ad setup, and monthly $500 for SEO... After 3 months and 4 meetings with reps... nothing happened. They didn't run my ****** ad even for 1 day despite they charged money for that! **************** ignored all my emails. No evidence of any job done on their side was provided... I don't understand how they couldn't provide even 1 screenshot of my ad running. They just lied to me and never ran the ****** ad. I was asking them to provide any proof for any other job they promised to do. Nothing happened. **************** simply ignored all my emails. The interesting fact was I heard back from the person who was supposed to work on my SEO campaign. She said that 4 meetings were calculated towards the time they worked on the project. During those meetings I was listening for all types of excuses why they could start working on the project: they got sick, someone else got sick, then another person got sick... Anyway, I didn't get even 1% of what they promised to do. I don't know who is leaving 5-star reviews. This company is really bad. Avoid it! Find more reliable people. 1 starBrandrep took $2000 from ** (greenbelttreecare.com) a tree service in ******* for ad management and has not posted or managed our add on the internet. It has been 2 months. 4 times they have trouble shot, the problem, and told us our ad would be running within 48 hours. We have done everything they asked, consulted with our bank (Chase Manhattan) and spent over 60 hours on hold with them and at our bank. We wish to have our $2000 refunded.Review fromJonah F

1 starI recommend you don't do buisness with brandrep. I paid them $2550 for the year for SEO and a ****** page. Paid them on October 13th and today is 12/20/23. Nothing has been done. Despite paying $1000 for SEO, *********** ****** My Business, and website creation, they failed to deliver. The ad was inaccurate, resulting in zero results. They never accessed my ****** Business profile or created the promised website. This neglect has harmed my business and family financially.
