      I hired this company and paid over $4,000 for what was supposed to be a fully custom, luxury e-commerce website for my brand. What I received looks like a cheap template site (more like something you'd see on GoDaddy or Wix basic builder), not a high-end site I could proudly represent my products with.The design lacks professional polish, the site is not well optimized for shopping or mobile, and many of the features we discussed were either missing or poorly executed. After multiple rounds of feedback, many critical issues remain unresolved inconsistent branding, generic template structure, no advanced product features, incomplete content areas, poor mobile experience, and absolutely no evidence of a true luxury e-commerce design.I feel completely misled and very disappointed in this result, especially considering the premium price I paid. If I had wanted a simple Wix/GoDaddy-style site, I could have done that myself for a fraction of the cost.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I am now considering rebuilding the site entirely with a different professional team to get the quality that was originally promised.
