This process has been so seamless so far. I was a little nervous with everything being a scam these days. Im not anymore! They constantly call and email me to make sure Im happy, to update me on each creditor, and they will not do anything until they have my approval. Im very happy so far.Guardian Litigation Group

Horrible customer service and very unreliable. They actually paid a 25 year old account that had been released to a collection that was written off and part of my divorce decree and was not part of my contract and getting refunds is horrible! Every time you call them, it's a different account manager with a different name. Now they are continuing to send payments to a creditor even after I cancelled this whole contract over 2 weeks ago. Don't use this company!Guardian Litigation Group

Hello *****, we were sorry to hear about your decision to terminate your engagement, especially considering the rapid progress we made on your debts. Regarding the settlement you mentioned in your review, our information on your enrolled debts comes from you. We rely on you for the accuracy of that information. We received the information on the account that was settled in an email from you. At time of settlement, we provided you with the name, account number and balance of the creditor account in writing and you confirmed your desire to settle that debt. Unfortunately, 2-3 months had already passed when you realized you did not want to pay that debt. As a courtesy to you, we provided you with a full refund of the fee that we had earned. Spoke to them on a Wednesday night and decided to go ahead and enroll. After thinking about it all evening and reading their reviews, I decided to cancel the next day. Thursday evening I faxed them my rescission letter then on Friday I emailed it as well as spoke to representative on the phone to confirm my cancellation. That night I receive a call from them and the representative had no record of my cancellation. I firmly explained that I want to be canceled and Ive already done the necessary steps and DO NOT withdraw my payment which was scheduled for Monday. They confirmed and told me they put a stop on the withdrawal. Sure enough Monday comes around they took my money and now my account is in the negative. DO NOT give this company your banking information!Guardian Litigation Group

Hi *****, we are sorry your cancelation didnt process quickly enough. However, we didnt receive your notice of cancelation in time to stop the pending draft. When we spoke to you on Friday and initiated the cancelation, it was already late in the day (730PM EST). By that time, the bank account administrator had already started processing the drafts for the following business day (which was Monday). We did inform you that we would do everything we could to stop the draft, but that with that short of a notice we likely would not be able to. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
