      ***** ****** was amazing! She helped me and answered all my questions and even gave me some tips for the future. She took the time to help me track down my packages which I ended up finding with her help! 10/10 Service!

      My Parcel Pending locker system for my building has been down for MONTHS. Reaching out to support or even a refund is a nightmare. They blame the building and refuse to refund me. I would not trust my package in these lockers if they can just go offline at any time. Packages have been delivered to my building instead so there is no actual need for this service. **************** is horrible too, try reaching them through email and get a response. My specific customer service agent was ****** **********. He should receive an audit for his email to check how many unanswered emails he currently has.

      Lockers are constantly out of order which leaves everyone's packages susceptible to being stolen. Last time the lockers went down they were unusable for 4 months and people's packages were stuck in the lockers for several weeks before a technician came and opened them. After only a few weeks the lockers went down again, and it has been 6 weeks so far and no technician or feedback from customer service. Absolutely useless and being expected to pay for a service that is never useable is ridiculous.

      Thank you Ms. ***** again for all of your help. It has been a headache with *** and not only with the lack of help, but how they continuously fail to do their job. However, I am more than grateful for the time you took to help me, which led to you locating my package. I have complained to *** and ***** after them losing my package and their failure to place my packages in a parcel, although I literally pay for parcel pending!!!!! You were a huge help and your customer service is amazing. I explained the situation and you were so happy to help. My trip turned out amazing because I was able to get my package literally the day before. Thank you so much again.

      ***** ****** is a wonderful customer service **** She helped me retrieve a package after the code disappeared and the locker never opened. Calling customer service typically isn't a fun experience but when the person on the other end of the line is nice, it makes it a whole lot better.

      ***** ****** is an absolute gem of a customer service representative. She quickly provided me all the information I needed and was able to solve my problem while treating me like a valued member. I absolutely recommend Parcel Pending because there are incredibly helpful and kind employees like ***** ****** there. While losing a package is stressful, ***** made it downright enjoyable to be contacting Parcel Pending.

She was the BEST of the best!She answered all of my questions, all my concerns that I may have had were gone. She is valuable to your company success.       ***** ****** from customer support helped me figure out my registration issue really quicklymy apartment complex had already activated my account but then sent me a register here email, so every time I tried to register I saw internal server issue error. She sent me a password reset link & checked to make sure I was signed up for text alerts (I wasnt, thanks *****!)
