      Setting up my account was a little more difficult than expected but I believe it was due to the apartment complex not having registered me in a timely manner. Enter ***** ******, who I spoke to on the phone from Parcel Pending, she not only was able to help me get set up but she also remoted into my apartment's lockers and synchronized them then verified I was set up properly to ensure my packages that are destined to arrive today (in a few hours) would be delivered successfully. A+ service! :)

      The agent that helped me, ***** ******, was very attentive and made this easy to navigate. She was able to open the locker for me remotely and made sure I got the package. Really appreciate her patience and help. She was also able to resolve the charge I incurred in error. Thanks *****!

      The customer service is great, they have a call back option so you dont have to wait on the line. ***** ****** helped me with an issue today without an hassle at all. The system isnt perfect but when its not the customer service makes up for it!

      I would like to give 0 Stars!Parcel Pending charged me registration fee 2 times within 1 month. Ive called 4 times have an open case # and ticket # and my building management also spoke with Parcel pending on my behalf. They keep saying it is denied ( refund for the extra charge) because it is too old! It is fraudulent to charge me 2x for registration fee and they should take accountability for their mistake and provide good customer satisfaction and refund me no matter the date of transaction Im still a customer in same building they should do the right thing and refund me! **************** cannot transfer call to accounting or supervisor and nothing is done. Terrible service! CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE AND REFUND ME!
