      1 word stick-to-itiveness! **** G provided an experience you wont get anywhere else. My funding process started in January and closed in June. I was given all the options up front. I chose a government loan aka full doc. It didnt work out. We moved on to finding a bridge loan and found an opportunity. The process can get discouraging because of all the back in forth but we never once felt like **** wasnt on top of it. We were encouraged to ask questions or challenge decisions and best of all learned more about the process and closed the deal. Reach out you need help even if youre unsure of what you need!

      This company was unexpectedly very efficient and knowledgeable in this field. They got me set up and closed with the least hassle i've experienced. Sometimes it felt like it was too easy, but it was probably because they knew what they were doing.

      E Mortgage Capital, **** has been such a blessing. They contacted my husband and I after we initiated a loan application at our local bank. When we received the text with a summary of their offer for a new loan, I was skeptical and made sure to do my research about the company. I was not disappointed. I am glad that we went forward because the company is extremely efficient and will not waste your time by gathering information and then putting you to the side for other customers. They offer a full service, online experience. Because they are based in **********, the online experience is necessary and in my opinion saves a lot of time. The entire process was seamless and we closed our loan well within 30 days. A notary was scheduled at our convenience. When she arrived, we were able to sign all closing documents and officially complete our home refinance. It was a pleasant experience and communication exceeded my expectations. **** *., the Broker that worked with us as well as his affiliates, meet all of our needs and gave us peace of mind.       My experience with *********** was EXCEPTIONAL!! It was more than what I could ask for. *********** guided me and answered every question I had on my first home purchase! He was very patient, very detailed, transparent, and gave me multiple options to choose from as far as the kind of loan that were available.
