I have informed the people calling me from MULTIPLE numbers that they cannot help me due to myself not having any mortgages right now. However they call 6 to 7 times a day and will not accept me telling them to stop! The pictures below are from Tuesday 7/2/25 and Wednesday 7/3/25.Business Response

I received mortgage quotes when I am NOT looking to refinance my mortgage. I tried calling to see what is going on with this communication and determine if fraud is occuring and cannot reach a person when dialing their number.Business Response

This business started a VA loan application, we had pre-approval. The veteran is moving states and is still employed in his current state. Emortgage capital is putting conditions on the loan that are no longer requirements for a VA loan, such as asking for a road maintenance agreement for rural properties. They stalled the loan because of that and now they're stalling about the veterans replacement job, which he cannot start until he has a home. Employment has been guaranteed at the current job and at the new job, when he moves. We're 3 weeks past closing and the veterans and his family are living in temporary housing, while the seller's are in temporary housing as well. E mortgage ******* has made zero effort to communicate and all parties are extremely frustrated by last minute conditions.Business Response

We are not the lender on this loan. Conditions are were added by the lender we brokered the loan to. We have done everything we can to complete the loan for the borrower. The borrower changed jobs in the middle of the purchase process and his employment on the new job is conditioned upon completing certain tasks which prevents us of actually showing proof of future income.Customer Answer

The borrower did not change jobs. They are STILL employed with their current job in ********. They were supposed to close escrow on 4/28 but this company came back at the last minute with the invalid condition of a VA rural road maintenance agreement, which was a discontinued condition since 2022. This took a week to straighten out with your company.
The Borrower was supposed to move the end of April and had coordinated a new job in **********. Now this company is putting unnecessary conditions regarding the new job that has not even started. Even going as far as to tell the Borrower that they need to move states and start the new job...without having a home to move his already displaced family to.
This company has delayed to long that 2 families are now displaced. They keep saying one more day, then they come back with more conditions that should have been addressed weeks ago. The Buyer meets the additional conditions to be met with MORE conditions. Everytime, it's another 48 hours to review and then they come back with another excuse not to perform.

You are mistaken. For the purposes of qualifying he is moving to another state where he will be starting a new job and that is the income he is using to qualify. He was told weeks ago when this happened it was going to create a challenge. The delay in this file is purely due to the borrowers choice, however having said that we are doing everything we can to get the loan closed. We are not the lender and we are not putting up any conditions. The lender we brokered the loan to has the right to be able to verify that the income on the new job is permanent and will continue into the future.Customer Answer

This company has had the file for 8 weeks now. All of the Buyer's circumstances were made clear WEEKS ago. Any conditions regarding proof of employment should have been addressed then. Even when a condition is met, the Lender comes back with more of the same conditions but different language. This has gone back and forth for a month. A big part of this frustration is the total and complete lack of communication...zero communication to myself, who is the Buyer's representative. They did, however, provide the Buyer's personal information to the Seller, which is a violation of his privacy.
Of additional concern, is the qualification process of all the Brokers involved as well as the Lender. This Veteran was asked to provide personal information pertaining to his new hire process, such as his background check, drug test, and physical. All of this personal information was to be added to his loan file, which is a direct violation of existing anti-discrimination laws.
The Buyer and Seller have been severely inconvenienced financially and emotionally over this transaction.

I recently apply for a mortgage with a different company. This company reached out within a matter of hours on Monday, May 5. I have applied for a new mortgage in these jokers sent me a quote for refinance of my firm mortgage. I did not contact them first and they did not even know what I was looking for. I asked them to stop texting me and informed them they did not know what I was actually. Their loan officer continued texting me even though I had clearly asked him not to. I then asked him if he could read since I asked him to stop texting me. You then send screenshots of our conversation where it said I needed to opt out. Since when is it not enough for me to just say stop texting me? This guy was a complete smartass and I would never do business with this company based on how I was treated. Hello Mr. ************* apologize how this was handled. Our system is set up to automatically opt consumers out when they follow the opt out instructions. Our loan officer did not see your direct message, so the next response when out automatically. He did see your subsequent message and removed you from our contact list. The loan officer has been counseled that his response is not acceptable and in the future he will remove consumers when requested and inform them it has been done.

Emortage in ****************** my new mortgage. They paid off all my debt bills but one. I was sent a chech to pay off ********** $517, at this time ********** had taken out a payment and they refused the check. I now owned $437. Emortage sent me a check for $437. But now ********* would not take the check because it was made out to __the/Cbna_. So I just paid it off from my debit account. Now getting reimbursed from ******** has been unreal. I have been told twice the check will come overnight. I have been told its in the mail twice, neither has been true for over two weeks. My agent is ******* at ************, she wont answer the if she knows who is calling!Business Response

I have an open compliant (********) but unable to reply to it. I wanted to let you know that I have now received 2 more calls after I have told them to Cease and Desist and informed them I am going to record and they stopped talking. Also, as soon as I ask "Who is it", they are quiet and don't say anything. Representatives from this company have called me several times a day for the past week. A particular Representative named ********* has called me a few of those times, but I remember him because he was extremely rude talking over me after I repeatedly asked to be placed on the do not call list for the company. I've asked to speak with a manager & that is when they hang up or pretend to transfer you, then hang up. When you call the numbers back, it goes straight to voicemail.
