    ******************* Galligan, at Galligan Funding Group is scamming thousands of people across the state of CA. He preys on new home buyers, who have no experience with home buying. He claims to get mortgage rates way lower than the market. He "locks" the rate and shares fake information to believe you are getting a great rate. Then when it comes to closing, he creates an account for you and forges all of your documents while sharing fake documents with you. Then it comes to closing day (one of the most exciting days for homebuyers) and you come to find out that nothing that was discussed is true. Your rate is triple what he promised, he lies about the "appraisal" so you are willing to fork out more money and he takes thousands of dollars as a payment to close the loan. And a big problem is, the wire transfer is usually before all of the official documents have come out (he forged and sent a fake loan disclosure) so I wired my money before seeing the REAL loan documents.He is doing this to thousands of people in this state! I have a ton of screenshots and conversations that prove the liar and fraud of this company. He has many people working with him on this elaborate scam.
